Thank you for taking the time to write a review about your stay.
The glass of life can be seen half empty or half full.... it's up to you!
I Would like , anyway, to underline some points which need to be clarified:
You arrived on October 3rd around 9 pm (about 3 hours after the time you were supposed to check in) and of course the room had been cleaned and prepared for you with 4 towels at your disposal. (2 for the shower and 2 for the face) and if I am not wrong, I also put 2 small ones for the bidet.
The day after, at 7 pm you asked for more towels. I was not at home but my mom brought to you 2 new ones. I also wrote to you that you could hang them outside on the rope to let them dry. It rained only the last day.
It is unusual to clean the room during such a short stay... unless guests ask me to, or in case of long stay (1 week)..., imagine changing the linen!!!
Your expectations are matching the services of a hotel and not of an airbn. You have to know that in the beginning the hosts would just inflate a matress and put it in their living room for their guests!
My guests find an electric coffee or infusion machine, with biscuits, jam, croissants, tea, coffee and cream.... complementary.... something that you won't find not even in a 4 stars hotel. But you didn't say a word about it.
Wifi in the room broke down about 2 weeks before you arrived, but you were welcome to use the one in the garden under the porch where you had also free access to the outdoor kitchen. I remember that you enjoyed all of your breakfasts and dinners over here.... and It seemed that you were fond of this area. But still not a single word about this charming area, that is my garden with a huge porch, kitchen and living area with books where all my guests can relax and cool down after a busy time visiting the places around.
Excuse me for describing real facts, I don't mean to offend you but to say what Airbnb is. Welcoming guests is something I do on the side of my job, I offer part of my house because I enjoy meeting people and of course I would like to leave all my guests good memories of their stay with me and my family.
