Sørenga is one of the city’s neighbourhoods that has benefitted the most from investments in culture. As the name of this apartment indicates, one of Sørenga’s closest neighbours is the world-renowned Opera house in Bjørvika.
The apartment is bright, airy and spacious with a magnificent view. From the terrace you can enjoy the maritime view and the gems of the beautiful Oslo fjord shore. Fully furnished, free fibre broadband and ultra-modern standard.

We love Sørenga. The atmosphere, the architecture, the fjord. The elegant restaurants with smiling waiters. The fact that it’s only a 10 minute walk to the city centre, a one minute stroll to the seaside. In Sørenga there’s limitless scope for experiences, and we have several of those for rent. Each apartment has been furnished with a unique and bespoke combination of furniture, fittings and art. The facilities are state-of-the-art, the location unsurpassable and central, situated right between the sea and the city centre.

1. This is a non-smoking apartment. No smoking inside the apartment or anywhere else inside the building.
2. Do not use outdoor shoes inside or other shoes that could harm the floor.
3. Turn off or unplug electric equipment when not in use.
4. Keep windows shut when not at home.
5. There is a ventilation system in the apartment and windows should normally be held shut.
6. Please keep quiet before 08:00 and after 23:00. No use of washing machine or high music after 23:00. Music practice is not permitted before 08:00 and after 20:00.
7. Please bring equipment and inventory back to its original place when your stay is finished. It is not permitted to bring own furniture or music system to the apartment.
8. Use of internet-line is complementary. There is a WiFi-connection next to the TV that can be connected to your computer. The network ID and WPA (Password) is written on on Airbnb fore this apartment
9. Garbage in tied plastic bags and paper must be thrown separately in the garbage room. The garbage place is located outside on the north of the building. You can use the same key as for the entrance door to the building.
10. In case of fire there is a water hose underneath the kitchen sink.
11. In case of fire alarm shut all windows and evacuate the building through the fire stairs.
12. In case of water leak turn off the main water supply in the roof hatch in the bathroom. Use a coin or similar to open it. Then call us at (PHONE NUMBER HIDDEN). Note that you will be held liable for damages made by abnormal use.
14. Note that we have to charge 500 NOK for each lost key, to cover our expenses.
16. If you are in need of extra cleaning give us a call and we will do this for an additional fee. There are also a vacuum cleaner and washing equipment in the closets.
17. Make sure dishes, kitchen accessories etc. is cleaned before checking out.
18. Check-in time after 15:00 arrival day. Checkout time before 12:00 at noon departure day.
19. We do not allow pets in the apartment.
20. We do not allow parties in the apartment.
