Enjoy stellar sunset views, fenced yard, hot tub, large deck, and private driveway in this fully-equipped stand-alone house, ideal for long stays. This two-bedroom, two bath house is your perfect Seattle retreat.
Our three story house is on a corner lot in Fremont, in a quiet neighborhood that's only a short walk away from some of the most vibrant areas of the city (Fremont / Ballard / Phinney Ridge). We love our home because of its large yard, the sunset view over Puget Sound towards the Olympic Mountains, and the easy access to city amenities and biking trails.
Other features include: deck with outdoor grill and a clean, modern hot tub, large fenced yard, private drive + plenty of street parking, bamboo floors in living area, exercise area with spin bike and free weights, washer/dryer, free wifi, king bed with natural rubber mattress and organic bedding, air conditioning, dishwasher, newly remodeled master bath & kitchen, both with heated floors, and friendly neighbors!
You'll have access to our master bedroom, kitchen, both bathrooms, office/ guest bedroom, living areas, laundry / exercise room, yard, and driveway.

Другие важные подробности
Please note that we don't have a real dining room table.... there's a bar (byob ;) and a high top glass table that seats two.
Our house is not kid friendly. It has just over 1000 feet of living space (so it's not giant). It's a three story house, so there are lots of stairs! The upper story has two bedrooms (master bedroom with one king bed and attached bath, guest room/office with a double bed-sized sleeper sofa). The midlevel has a full bathroom, living area (sectional sofa, flat screen tv, table), bar area, and fully equipped kitchen. The downstairs has a laundry and exercise room.
The house has nearly full southern and western exposure, so it catches tons of sun in the summer. It can get hot, unless you remember to keep the shades drawn and the A/C on.
From time to time a dog and a cat both live in the house, which is something to consider if you're sensitive to pets.
