You will have a dedicated guest relations officer responsible for receiving you at the apartment and giving you access, as well as all informing you of all details of the accommodation. You will have access to the guest relations officer throughout your stay, 24h a day.
In accordance to Decree No. (17) of 2013 a guest staying at hotels, resorts, hotel apartments, guest houses, budget hotels, floating hotels, holiday homes, and other hotel establishments as specified by the Dubai Tourism and Commerce Marketing, will be charged the “Tourism Dirham Fee” for each night of occupancy of a room at a Hotel Establishment. 10.00 AED (3.00 USD) is already included into the nightly rate.
