The private salt water pool measures 6m x 4m, with a depth between 1-1,8m. There are 6 sun loungers and a Balinese bed. The surrounding patio is well-kept, with stone and gravel. There is an exterior shower to freshen up and wash off the salt after a plunge in the pool. The porch, furnished with a chill-out sofa corner and a dining table, invites you for unforgettable family dinners and relaxed after-dinner conversations, after a tasty barbecue prepared on fire wood. On the first floor, there is a furnished terrace with views on the countryside. For the active travelers, there is a table tennis table. The terrain is fenced and the privacy is complete, as the neighbors are relatively far away. The terrain is huge and there is a fenced section with horses and another with fruit trees, where you will not have access to.
The house is divided into two separate buildings. The interior is very rustical, with wooden furniture and decorative elements from the equestrian environment. The main building has two floors. On the ground floor there is a lovely living- and dining room with a fireplace, satellite TV and air conditioning. The independent kitchen works with a vitro hob and counts with a dishwasher and all other utensils to prepare an exquisite dinner. From the living room we reach the three ground-floor bedrooms: one of them counts with a double bed, a dressing room, an en-suite bathroom with a hydro-massage shower, TV, air conditioning and a baby bed; the second counts with a double bed and air conditioning and the third has two single beds, a wardrobe and an en-suite bathroom with a shower. The spiral staircase in the dining room leads to an open loft, sharing the air conditioning from downstairs, a double bed, a wardrobe, a sofa and access to the terrace. There is an elegant exterior bathroom for general use, with a bath tub and a shower. This house is equipped with central heating, which makes it ideal for any time of year. The secondary building is a sort of wooden bungalow. The living room counts with two comfortable sofas. There is a simple, yet functional kitchen, with two gas cookers and a fridge. The ladder leads to an open loft with two interconnected bedrooms. Although there is no privacy, it is an idyllic little hideaway. The first bedroom is a double matrass on the floor of the loft. The other bedroom has a double bed. This little house counts with a small shower room and with an air conditioner for cold and warm temperatures.
The village Sencelles is 850m away. There you will find a small supermarket, a bakery and some restaurants. You might want to visit the archaeological sites of the Talayotic period (900-550 BC), in the vicinity of the village. About 8 km away, in Inca, you will find any service you may need during your stay, such as bigger supermarkets. The central location on the island makes it easy to reach any part of the island. In a half hour drive you can reach various beaches: Playa de Palma is 31 km away and Playa de Muro 29 km.
