The beautiful 4 level town-house is the perfect place to stay if you're looking to experience what it's like to live like a local in a quiet, residential neighborhood.
Enter at the ground floor, kick off your shoes, take off your coat, and plan to stay awhile! A full sized washer and dryer (complete with supplies) is tucked into a closet, to make this a great place for an extended stay or families. Make your way up a flight of stairs to two roomy bedrooms, one with a queen sized bed. The second bedroom is an office, with twin bunk beds and a TV. These two bedrooms have a shared bathroom. The front office/bedroom has a balcony with a territorial view.
Up one more flight of stairs to the main living area, with large living/dining room, and well equipped kitchen, decked out with stainless appliances, black granite countertops, and cherry cabinets. The large Smart HDTV streams Pandora, as well as Hulu and Netflix (bring your own password and don't forget to log out!). The sofa folds out to queen-sized bed, complete with tempur-pedic mattress. Here is another balcony, with a peek-a-boo view of Seattle's ship canal and a gas fireplace. Off the kitchen is a private brick patio with outdoor seating and a gas grill. Also, for your convenience this third floor has a half bathroom.
Up the last flight of stairs you will find an expansive master suite, with king sized bed, full bathroom, vaulted ceilings, HDTV, iHome docking station and roomy master closet. This master suite also has a balcony with territorial view, including a peek a boo view of the ship canal.
Guests have full access to the townhome, including all balconies, the patio, and the gas grill!

With a 24 hour emergency line, and a team member always ready to assist during business hours, we are always a phone call away. All check-ins are scheduled well before your arrival so we can be ready for your arrival. Guests receive email copies of their check-in instructions, and are asked to electronically sign a standard rental agreement. Our smartphone app keeps all your reservation information handy.
Please take note, there are no additional charges or fees due for your reservation. Payment for your reservation will be processed through Airbnb only.

To be clear, this building does NOT have air conditioning (almost NO buildings-less than 5%- in Seattle have central air conditioning). However, this condo does have a few ceiling fans and gets a lovely cross-breeze with the windows open.
- Due to insurance requirements, renter must be at least 25 years of age.
- Quiet Hours are 10PM – 8AM. This is a residential neighborhood primarily owner occupied, and the townhome does have shared walls. Please keep voices, televisions, and radios at an acceptable level at all times.
- NO SMOKING! There is no smoking in the unit or on unit balconies. Smoking is allowed 25 feet from any exit door per Washington State Law. Please respect this rule for the enjoyment of our neighbors and future guests.
- Pack 'n Plays and high chairs are available for an additional fee.
- Check-in is 4PM on arrival day; check-out is 11AM on departure day.
-A STANDARD RENTAL AGREEMENT, which includes a copy of the building rules, must be completed by the reservation holder. As a requirement of the building's HOA, these documents are to be signed and submitted to our office prior your arrival. All documents are sent, signed, and returned electronically. Questions about this? The rental agreement is available for review PRIOR to booking; please ask.

This endeavor started when Darik and Sally purchased a condo in Belltown to use as a second home in the winter of 2007.
Because of our nack at hosting, great marketing, amazing design, what was just an investment, has become a full time business. We currently have 40 properties in the heart of Downtown Seattle that we either own or manage on the behalf of others that have second homes in Downtown Seattle.
Sally is an interior designer by trade, and I'm sure you'll be able to tell when it comes to the quality items to help you feel comfortable while you are staying with us.
We take our position as hosts very seriously. Our condos are cleaned immaculately and have the best staff in the business. We are both foodies, and welcome the ability to share with you the best places in the city!
