Listed with 5* review hosts. These 2 townhouses are now available combined on Airbnb. Being fully self-contained, these directly adjacent 2 bedrooms, 2 level, fully central heated townhouses are fully refurbished and modernised to an executive standard. All fixtures and fittings are new including, kitchen, bathroom, and bedrooms.

This option is perfect for friend's, family's or business groups travelling together, perhaps for a skiing holiday, but desiring a little personal space as well.

Each townhouse has its own private access, via external front door entrance. There are no interconnecting interior doorways between these townhouses.

Each townhouse is 2 bedroom consisting of a King bed, Queen bed. Each townhouse has 1 x separate bathroom and 1 x separate WC room. Each townhouse also has a Queen sized sofa bed located in its lounge.

The properties are located directly adjacent to each other. They are in a very convenient, quiet residential area ideal for accessing Queenstown centre, but just far enough away to avoid the noise, hustle, and bustle of a busy tourist town. They both offer fantastic wide panoramic lake and mountain views.

Each townhouse has its own free private covered carport, located directly in front each property. With additional free parking space available within the complex and local vicinity. Travelling independently, or perhaps with friends or colleagues, is easy.

Our overall refurbishment has focused on ensuring quality, ease of use and by asking ourselves the question, does it enhance stay and experience! Our guiding principle has been to help relax, rejuvenate, and invigorate.

Both townhouses have there own first-floor private balcony overlooking wide and expansive views of the amazing nearby lake and mountains. These are wonderful for enjoying those favourite wine & cheese moments, alternatively watching a glorious sunrise!

A ground floor private courtyard is located off the master bedroom of each house and is a fabulous space for starting the day, enjoying a morning coffee or juice, perhaps catching up on your favourite book in the outdoors. This area is partially covered providing some protection on those occasional rainy days!

Ground floor:
The master bedroom of each townhouse is set up with a very comfortable new King sized bed. The second bedroom is set up with a comfortable new Queen sized bed. Both rooms have ample storage space, bedside lights and power points. The curtains ensure any light is kept out and to a minimum, almost near blackout! Both rooms are fully heated, however, are also provided with an electric bed blanket. All bed linen and towels are included in your stay and of a luxury standard. Both bedrooms in townhouse 1 are also fitted with a wall mounted flat screen SMART HD TV ( connected to Internet ) and a heated towel rail. (We have complimentary portable baby cots available upon request.)

Townhouse 1 offers a separate two persons fully tiled walk-in luxury shower room offers a lavish bathing experience. The two large overhead shower heads and additional flexible hose, ensure the ultimate shower experience. Townhouse 2 offers a bath and high pressure overhead shower. Both townhouses have a separate WC room ensuring your guests will never get caught short! Complimentary shower soap, shampoo, and conditioner are also provided. A complimentary hair dryer in each bathroom is provided. Additional power points are located near the basin areas.

First floor
Both townhouses have spacious lounge areas, with ample room for entertaining and seating for larger groups. The floor to ceiling windows ensures lots of light enters theses spaces. For those evenings where you just want to relax or alternatively, more intimate moments, all lighting is of a soft nature. Technology friendly homes the lounges offer a state-of-the-art entertainment system. The lake facing balcony leads off the lounge, via a lockable door.

Both townhouses have fully equipped, modern kitchens offering everything needed to produce a gourmet meal. A Microwave and electric oven, stove, good size fridge and freezer. A rice maker, toaster, kettle, coffee plunger and all crockery, cutlery, and utensils. Complimentary tea, coffee, and a small selection of herbal teas and basic spices are also provided for cooking. (Local grocery and basic liquor store 3 minutes walk away) A clothes washer and dryer (complimentary detergent provided) and clothes horse, iron and ironing board complete everything needed whilst away from home.

Both townhouses have large over-sized breakfast bars with quality leather seating enabling wonderful dining moments with family, friends or colleagues.

Free unlimited high-speed fibre internet means video conferencing, games, music, and video will deliver a top-notch media experiences. All TV's are connected directly into the Internet. Both townhouses have access to unrestricted Netflix account.

All house TV's are "Smart". Both lounge areas offer Ultra HDMI 60" TV's, these can be used as computer screens via HDMI cable (supplied) or wireless and these are also connected directly to the internet.

Whether you are PC & Mac person by downloading the free application Samsung "Smart View" onto your device, all TV's can play your own video, music, or pictures (Itunes, Netflix, etc) via "cast" option.

Alternatively, if you carry your own media entertainment on a USB stick, this can be used via the blue-ray/DVD player connected to both lounge TV's.

We will answer any questions you may have and when we know a little more about your visit, likes, and dislikes, offer some friendly tips and ideas for your stay!

- Please: Treat our home with care, and our neighbours with respect. Remove all footwear when inside the house. Before checking out, ensure all kitchenware is washed up (dishwasher and detergent provided) all items returned to their original place and kitchen area is wiped down. If you use the oven, please ensure you turn on the extractor hood and ensure all food being cooked is covered, give the oven a quick wipe over immediately after use, this helps us keep it nice, shiny and new for the next person. Strictly no smoking Inside the house. Smoking is permitted outside on the upstairs balcony and downstairs deck/courtyard. If smoking, please ensure all windows/doors are kept closed so that smoke does not enter the house. Ensure used cigarettes are disposed of safely. Respect normal quiet times, our home is in a residential area, where people like you may be working shift hours. TV noise, music, and loud chatter can carry easily. Be mindful to keep any noise to a respectful level. If you intend to party. take this into town and leave it in town. Do not invite any person who is not booked or approved of by the host to stay in our townhouse. The reservation is strictly limited to the pre-confirmed persons and specified number of guests as only. Townhouse heating system: The lounge air conditioning unit is thermostatically set to 24 degrees as default. Please leave all doors and windows closed when this is in use. Additionally, thermostatically controlled heaters are located in all other areas of the house, please leave all these set to their default settings. Underfloor heating is located in both bathrooms and kitchen area, this is also set at 24/7 default temperature levels for your comfort. Both bedrooms have electric blankets fitted to beds, please use these if required, and remember to turn them off after use. Additional blankets are also provided just in case but are likely not required. No parties are to be held on the premises. No snowboards/skis are to come into the house. These can be placed into the lockable ski cupboard located at the rear of carport. Huge thanks, Pete & Sarah.

Pete and Sarah have both lived in Queenstown for more that 12 years. We are both hospitality management professionals.

Originally, Pete is from the UK and Sarah, Zambia. Together we decided Queenstown is just too good to leave. Passionate about our work, Pete is a Manager of hotels, hospitality, project and event management. Sarah is a Manager within food & beverage led businesses specifically, specialising in all things fish and loving wine! Together we have professionally or personally, experienced most of what our incredible hometown has to offer! Creative types, we love a good novel, film, non-fiction and all things events, music, arts and live entertainment. These things make us smile.

We have both travelled the world extensively, love to socialise, meet new people and experience new cultures. Adventurous types, we have recently returned home from working in the Western Highlands, Papua New Guinea. If you have any questions or would like suggestions or advice, please ask.
