Welcome to Woodcrest! We have lovingly updated this 3700SF house while keeping the historic features of the home. We are family-friendly and within walking distance (10 minute walk or 2 minute drive) to Niagara Falls State Park/Goat Island and the area's attractions. Nestled on a quiet block; a private drive shared with 3 other houses. Listen to the roar of the Rapids & Falls from the Master bedroom's terrace or the sunroom. We welcome everyone and we hope you love this house as much as we do.

'Woodcrest' was built in 1919 and has many of the original historic features including the gorgeous staircase, the beautiful sunroom with original windows and doors, all of the original solid wood doors and hardware, subway tiles in most of the bathrooms, the butler's staircase, butler's pantry, hardwood floors, and two gorgeous, ornate fireplaces. We also have all new bedding, pillows (& pillow protectors), mattresses (& mattress protectors), towels, washcloths, etc. Brand new, stainless steel appliances are also included in the house. Everything in the home is accessible for our guests to utilize with the exception of any locked doors or doors marked 'private.' Our kitchen appliances include - fridge, dishwasher, garbage disposal, electric range, microwave, Keurig coffee maker, toaster, waffle maker, all kitchenware, cookware, utensils, etc. We have a gorgeous dining room with a large dining table - perfect for a formal dinner or just an everyday meal. We have a 50" TV in the living room with an Amazon Firestick for guests' use.

We wanted to make the home as child-friendly as possible so we have the following items available for your use: 2 high chairs, kids tableware and eating utensils, 3 kids cots, 2 pack n plays, 1 crib as crib on bedroom, and we have a kids play area with an awesome teepee. We know what it's like traveling with little ones and we want your stay to be just a bit more convenient. Please note, we may not have the baby/toddler items out unless we know you need them. Please make sure to include their ages so we can better accommodate your family.
The entire house is accessible for guests; 4 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms are on the 2nd floor and the first floor has a half bathroom. The third floor has 2 bedrooms and another living space (set up as kids play room). Please do not allow kids to be unattended. The first floor consists of the following rooms: kitchen, butlers pantry, dining room, large foyer, huge living room, sunroom, morning room, back entryway/foyer/butlers staircase. Second floor consists of 2 master suites at the top of the stairs (each has attached bathroom); one of which has a walk-out terrace over the sunroom with a brand new vinyl railing. The other 2 bedrooms are down the hall and the bathroom is in between those 2 bedrooms.
There is 2-car garage and parking for 4 cars in front of the garage. No garage parking at this time.
Guests have access to the entire house except for any locked doors (basement, some closets, etc.)

We are as hands-on or hands-off as you prefer us to be. We are only a phone call or text away if you need us however we want you to enjoy the home and make it your 'home away from home' for your stay. We are happy to provide you with suggestions for a good place to eat or drink and some of our favorite area places/attractions. We hope to be able to stop by to meet you either at arrival or after you are settled in.

We have a keyless entry/alarm system which is easily armed and disarmed by the guest check-in code you will receive. We will provide directions for access after booking.
NO SMOKING! No parties or events. Check in is 3PM or later Check out is 11AM. You must at least be 25 years of age. Please remove your shoes at the door; we have brand new carpets and area rugs throughout the house. Main Entryway is at the back door. Please keep the front door shut and locked. Do not attempt to enter any locked rooms or entryways labeled ‘no entry.’ PARKING IS STRICTLY ENFORCED! Guests can park up to 4 cars in front of the garage on the right (closest to the house). The neighbor behind us owns the garage on the other side and they will have cars towed that are not authorized to park there. Please respect our neighbors and the private road and only park in front of the garage. Please let us know if you have more than 4 cars.
DO NOT USE THE FIREPLACES. THEY ARE DECORATIVE ONLY. Please keep the protective pad on the dining room table. Any ‘extras’ we supply are use at your own risk including baby/toddler items. Please list all members of your Group with ages in a message to me. All persons listed will be bound by the terms of this agreement. Only persons listed on this agreement may occupy the property at any time. Any person or persons on property not on contract will terminate rental contract. There will be no more than 12 adults on property at any time. Check-out time is 11:00 AM, our cleaning crew will be at Property at 11:10 AM. If the cleaning crew cannot enter property, a fee of $200.00 will be deducted from Deposit. THE OWNER will provide THE RENTER with water, heat, electricity & linens. All utilities are included in the total rental price. Smoking is not permitted inside the House. Pets are not permitted. NO EATING IN BEDROOMS or Living Room. Keep all windows closed in inclement weather and upon leaving the house at anytime. If more people are found to be on property than in rental agreement will be “Terminated Immediately". No excessive noise, if Police are called to home Rental Contract is "Terminated Immediately". The cost of any unreasonable damage caused by THE RENTER will be deducted from the damage deposit.
General Conditions: The maximum number of guests using the rental premises shall not exceed the total number stated in the House rental agreement.THE RENTER shall, at his expense, and throughout the period of the rental, keep the property in a state of cleanliness and in good condition and repair. THE RENTER acknowledges that at commencement of the rental, the property is in good and substantial repair except for any defect THE RENTER may report to Owner. The Renter must show proof of his identity as part of this contract.
