About our place:
In our cozy living room you'll find a large smart TV, an ornamental fireplace, and plenty of space to lounge in.
The kitchen is equipped with a gas stove, oven, and microwave, as well as cookware and dishes if you're thinking of cooking at home. Upon your arrival, you'll find essentials to get you started (coffee & tea).
There is a separate dining room with a table that comfortably sits six people and that has three leafs to expand to fit over 10 people.
Once you get here, you'll find a guide we've compiled with recommendations for activities and places to eat, as well as important information about your home away from home.
There is a fenced in backyard (grass) where you can let Fido roam and do his business, as well as a small deck and dining nook for a tranquil meal or conversation under the stars.
There is also a separate study with a desk if you need to get some business done on your trip.
About the location:
You're at walking distance from the Chattanooga Zoo, and less than 10 minutes away (driving) from: Downtown, the Southside, North Shore, the Aquarium, the Chattanooga Choo Choo, the Hunter Art Museum, and plenty of the hippest bars & coffee shops in Nooga such as Stir, Niedlov's, Rembrandt's, and The Flying Squirrel.
Here for the outdoors experience?
When it comes to scenery and hiking, the Scenic City's hard to beat. At our place, you're 30 minutes or less away from Lula Lake, Greenway Farm, Signal Mountain, Lookout Mountain, and Bluff Trail (one of the best hikes in the region!). Or walk over to Orchard Knob (10 min walk) for a lighter hike and a little history.
If kayaking or paddle boarding are your thing, you're also less than 10 min. away from the Tennessee River, the riverwalk, and all its kayaking/water sports glory.

We're a family of three: my husband Lawson, myself, and our dogchild, Nacho. We'll be available to help make your stay as comfortable as possible. That being said, you'll get as little or as much one-on-one contact with us as you like; we aim to give our guests space to truly feel at home and enjoy their stay.
