Completely remodeled with tasteful modern flair, LED lighting complements the look, comfortable sofa bed for 2 people. Dining room for 4 people plus 3 stools in the kitchen counter. Fully equipped Kitchen , all new appliances and glass windows provide light and ventilation. The property has manual storerooms and property is located on the 3rd level of the building Arenas (no elevator, must walk 2 floors up by stairs). They accommodate up to 6 people: 2 in the main room (Queen size bed), 3 in the second room (Full size bed plus a pull out Twin size from underneath). In the living room a Queen size Futton that sleeps up to 2 people. In the kitchen: basic utensils (dishes, cups, glasses, cutlery, towels), microwave, refrigerator, stove, coffee maker, toaster. Also, balcony, TV with basic cable TV and Wi Fi service, air conditioning (Inverters) Rooms and living room, hot water, gas barbecue, washing machine, tumble dryer, blower, iron, ironing board, beach towels, bath towels.
The property is completely private and guests have full access to the property. They can make use of the swimming pool, gazebo, passive park, parking and beach.

HOUSE RULE, CONDOMINIO BOSQUE DEL MAR (PHONE NUMBER HIDDEN)
Security Deposit: The $250.00 deposit is for security and shall be
refunded within 14 days of the Checkout Date provided no deductions are
made due to: •damage to the property or furnishings; •dirt or other mess
requiring excessive cleaning; or •any other cost incurred by Homeowner
due to Guest's stay. The guest(s) are responsible for the care and supervision of these things during the period of this rental agreement. The guest(s) agree to abide by the proper use of these equipment’s and household items. If equipment is broken, it is the responsibility of the guest(s) to notify the owner and/or manager within 12 hours of Check-In time. Accommodations: The Villa will only provide sleeping facilities for up to 6 GUESTS ONLY. No visitors will be allowed to stay overnight at the facility; and violation of this policy will cause this contract to be terminated without refund of fees; all guests will be asked to leave the premises immediately and there will be no refund of unused term of contract. Guest(s) and visitor(s) must adhere to the policies and procedures of the BOSQUE DEL MAR CONDOMINIUM. Access to Premises: Guest(s) have access to the entire Bosque del Mar condominium, except for any closets locked by the premises manager - such as storage closets. Guest(s) shall allow homeowner, manager and/or representatives to the premise at predetermined schedule during regular business hours for the purpose of routine inspection, maintenance, repairs and/or cleaning. Cleaning Service: Cleaning and maintenance for the apartment is required every 7 days; for bookings over 6 nights, additional cleaning fees will apply. Rental Rules: Guest agrees to abide by the Rental Rules attached as Exhibit A at all times while at the property and shall cause all members of the rental party and anyone else Guest permits on the property to abide by the following rules at all times while at the property. Insurance: We encourage all renters to purchase traveler insurance. Definitions: GUEST(S) - all adults and children identified at the signing of this agreement and limited to 10 guests. VISITOR(S) - adults and children invited to by guests to visit the premises but not stay overnight. Refunds Due to Inclement Weather: No refunds will be given for cancellation or interruption that may occur due to inclement weather. Vehicles: Guest(s) are allowed two (2) car slots marked as, (PHONE NUMBER HIDDEN)ck to back) located at the side of the Apartment. Visitors' parking is available but limited. Any of unauthorized parking spaces by guest(s) and/or visitors will jeopardize this rental agreement. The following vehicles are not allowed trailers, motor homes, utility vehicles, and/or recreational vehicles. Smoking There will be absolutely no smoking anywhere inside the property. Smoking however is permitted in the terrace, backyard and/or front yard of the premise. Entrance Beepers and Keys Being in a gated community, the guest(s) will be provided with one (1) or (2) gate access beeper upon Check-In, along with the Apartment front door key(s). We kindly ask for extreme care of these items, and must be
returned at Check-Out. In the event that guest(s) lock themselves out of
the premises and the manager has to bring another set of key during after
hours, there will be a $50.00 surcharge, paid in cash at the moment of
replacement. PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES a. Use of illegal drugs and/or
controlled substances; b. Smoking (of any kind) or use of incense inside
the property. c. Loud or immoral conduct; d. Rowdiness, brawling, and/or
fighting; e. Gambling; f. Sales of liquor and/or consumption of liquor by
minors; g. Excessive consumption of liquor beyond that permitted to drive a motor vehicle pursuant to the Puerto Rico Commonwealth law; and,
h. Excessive loud music. PETS Pets of any sort are not allowed on the
premises unless it is a designated Seeing Eye dog and in such cases
proper documentation must be provided within 30 days of Check-In Date.
Failure to comply with this policy will cause this rental agreement
cancelled and the cancellation policy will be in place as stated in paragraph 8 of this rental agreement.
Lost or Stolen Items
a. Owner, agent, premises manager or any of their representatives will not be responsible for personal property lost, stolen and/or left on the premise after the end of this rental agreement.
b. In the event an article has been found by the premise manager, there will be a $50.00 charge in addition to the shipping cost for the return of such articles.
c. Articles left behind for more than 30 days without the proper return arrangements will be disposed of at the discretion of the owner.
a. Visitors are the sole responsibility of the guest(s) signing this rental agreement.
b. Visitors must adhere to the same policies identified in this rental agreement.
c. The guest(s) will be held responsible for any violations and/or any damage caused to the premises by their visitors.
INDEMNIFICATION AND HOLD HARMLESS.
a. The guest(s) and/or visitor(s) agree to indemnify and hold harmless the owner, agent, premise manager, and any of their authorized representatives from any claim or liability for any loss or damage whatsoever arising from, related to, or in connection with the rental of the above premises and/or grounds, including but not limited to any claim or liability for personal injury, damage and/or loss of personal property which is made, incurred or sustained by guest(s) or any of their visitors. This includes any rental equipment ordered through the owner, agent or premise manager for the use of the guest(s).
b. The guest(s) agrees to indemnify and hold harmless agent and/or premise manager and/or any of their authorized representatives for any damages to the dwelling, common grounds, furnishing, and household items, which is a result of guests' occupancy, excluding normal wear and tear.
c. In the event that damages result from the guests' occupancy, owner is authorized to utilize the damage protection plan bought by guest(s) at time of booking to repair, replace, and compensate for loss of use of damaged equipment and/or household furnishing.
d. Owner, agent, premise manager and/or any of their representatives will not be liable for any damages to property, injuries on premise or accidents that may occur to guests or any of their visitors within the dwelling and/or common grounds during this rental agreement.
CERTIFICATION Upon signing this rental agreement, the guest(s) certified
that they have carefully read this contract prior to signing it and will abide
to all its rules and regulations. Litigation In the event that the owner,
agent, premise manager or any of their authorized representatives have to
resort to legal procedures to enforce rights under the agreement, primary
guest shall be responsible for reasonable attorney fees and costs.
Furthermore, it is understood by the primary guest that this contract is
entered into agreement in Rio Grande, Puerto Rico and on sets to the
personal jurisdiction of any proper court located their in. I, the under
signed primary guest, being and adult of 21 year or above, understand
that I will be held personally responsible for all the conditions of this rental
agreement. Exhibit A RENTAL RULES of Bosque del Mar Condominium, Smoking is NOT allowed INSIDE the property. Only allowed outside the property. People other than those in the Guest party set forth above may not stay overnight in the property. Any other person in the property is the sole responsibility of Guest. All of the units are privately owned; the owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. The Homeowners are not esponsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they
invite to use the premise. Keep the property and all furnishings in good
order Only use appliances for their intended uses Pets are NOT allowed.
Parking: Parking is limited to 2 vehicle(s). Vehicles are to be parked in
designated parking areas only. Parking on the road is not permitted. Any
illegally parked cars are subject to towing; applicable fines/towing fees are the sole responsibility of the vehicle owner. Housekeeping: There is no
daily housekeeping service. While linens and bath towels are included in
the unit, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate. We do not
permit towels or linens to be taken from the units. [Water and Septic: DO
NOT FLUSH anything other than toilet paper. No feminine products,
condoms or cleaning wipes should be flushed at any time. If it is found that any of these or similar products have been flushed and clog the septic
system, you could be charged damages of up to $250.00. Storms: If there
is a storm or hurricane, no refunds will be given unless: The state or local
authorities order mandatory evacuations in a "Tropical Storm/Hurricane
Warning area" and/or A "mandatory evacuation order has been given for
the Tropical Storm/Hurricane Warning" area of residence of a vacationing
guest. The day that the authorities order a mandatory evacuation order in
a "Tropical Storm/Hurricane Warning," area, we will refund: Any unused
portion of rent from a guest currently registered; Any unused portion of
rent from a guest that is scheduled to arrive, and wants to shorten the
stay, to come in after the Hurricane Warning is lifted; and Any advance
rents collected or deposited for a reservation that is scheduled to arrive
during the "Hurricane Warning" period.
House Manual Living, bedrooms, dining and family room are acclimated by A/C units
