Jayana, I would like to give a response to your comments, for the sake of future guests. In the first place, since you made your booking you knew exactly where the apartment was located because apart from the site, I sent you the exact location with a (Hidden by Airbnb) maps link. You could have cancelled your booking if you didn´t want to stay here.
You also knew, as you can see in my profile, that I´m not living in Alicante and that´s why my friend Belen gave you the keys and showed you the apartment as she always does with every single guest. She explained to you how to use the oven and the different kitchen appliance so, you could have asked her about the fridge temperature or another kitchen devices. In any case I´m always in contact with my guests as you could experience with the different questions you had and that I answered.
About the cleanliness of the kitchen, every time there is a new guest there is a thorough cleaning of the apartment, especially in the kitchen, bedrooms and bathroom. So, I don´t think the apartment was dirty or uncared for, as you said. In any case I will double-check it for the next guests.
Finally, and for me the most important issue, I have to say that I have been an Airbnb host for more than one year so far and none of my guests have had problems with the neighbours. In any case, I asked you more than once about that issue and about which neighbour you had the incident to talk with him so, I'm sorry, but I don´t understand how this could be seen as a lack of reassurance.
I´m really sorry that you and your partner didn´t enjoy your stay in the apartment, but as I said above we had a lot of communication before and during your stay, so, you had the chance to tell me in advance and not afterwards, and especially not in a rude way. Fortunately, Airbnb has our conversation register and all I say here can be proved.
