DEPARTURE INFORMATION: Check out is promptly by 11AM ($50 late Fees apply)
1. PLEASE REMOVE ALL TRASH: Dispose of all open and unusable food items from the refrigerator, counter tops and cabinets. Bag and dispose of ALL rubbish (kitchen and bathroom) at the dumpster located in the north end of the parking lot.
2. Unplug coffee pot and hand wash the carafe and all dirty dishes. Place in the dish drainer to dry.
3. Make sure ALL furniture is in its original position.
4. Make sure you leave all keys. A $100 fee will be charged for any keys you lose, take with you or if you get locked out.
5. Turn off all lights, the A/C and the ceiling fans.
6. When you go, close all louvers, close and lock both the sliding glass door and front door.
7. If we find any damaged or missing items or if the unit requires excessive cleaning, you will be charged accordingly. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated!
Quiet Time is strictly 10pm - 7am, please respect others and the peacefulness at Pohailani!
UPON ARRIVAL there will be a POHAILANI Short Term Rental Form inside the UNIT. COMPLETE THIS when you arrive and turn it into the Association Office located in the Clubhouse across the street. Mon - Fri 8:30a.m. to 4:30p.m or in the after hours drop box located in the office door.
Observing all signage, speed, traffic and directional signs. Park in space 412 only or marked guest stalls.
Respect Pool and BBQ rules and hours, which are from 9:00 am - 9:00 pm. No glass in pool area!
No fireworks are allowed on the property at any time.
Dogs are not allowed on the property at any time.
Do not feed the birds from the Lanai or hang towels, laundry or bathing suits from the lanai handrails.
Our unit is a private “rental by owner”. Address all questions or problems directly with the Owner or contacts listed in the unit (Guest Information Book). The on site manager is there to maintain the property and enforce the Rules and Regulations only. The Association does not maintain a rental office or any other services to guests.
STAIRS: You will be on the top floor of a 3 story building that has no elevators. If you are fine walking up 2 flights of stairs the privacy and views are incredible.
NO PETS and NO SMOKING: in the condo or on Property except for designated smoking area. Violators will be charged a minimum $200.
Please DO NOT run the AC while the sliding door is open!
KEYS: $100 Fee for lost keys or lock out service
NO REFUNDS or credits will be given for inclement weather, any weather related issues or acts of “God”! When in doubt please purchase independent Travelers Insurance.
PLEASE NO ADDITIONAL GUESTS, NO PARTIES & NO Large GATHERINGS!
KITCHEN Please wash all utensils and plates prior to departure and place in the dish drainer.
RUBBISH throughout your stay and upon departure, please bag and take all rubbish to the large green dumpster found at the North end of the parking lot.
WIND/ RAIN/ SAFETY Close all windows & lock all doors each time you leave.
PESTS & INSECTS our unit is treated regularly for pests and we apologize if this application occurs while you are on Holiday. Please help us keep pests & insects to a minimum by keeping the dishes washed, kitchen counters clean, put unsealed food in the refrigerator and no foods in the bathroom trash.
PERSONAL ITEMS Our unit is furnished for your comfort. Please enjoy our belongings with respect. Damaged or missing items will be charged for accordingly. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items. Please double check that the front door is locked when you are not home! You should not leave valuables in your rental car! They are safer inside the condo!
PLUMBING SYSTEM – We ask the following: Please do NOT put food items down the drain. PLEASE nothing in the toilets but human waste and toilet paper. PLEASE do not overload the toilet with toilet paper & do not put Kleenex, Paper Towels or feminine products in the toilets. Even if your item says “flushable” please do NOT! Please clean the sand from your feet before entering the condo to keep it from going down the drains. Please try NOT to let long hair go down the shower drain. We are top floor and plumbing issues with us could result in water damage to units below. Aloha, from Rebecca & Patrick Quigley. We have 3 grown children and 2 beautiful grandchildren. We love traveling to surfing destinations world-wide and both have a passion for the ocean, serenity and the Beautiful World God has created. We have been Maui, Oahu and Kauai residents for over 20 years and can't decide which location we like the best. Patrick is a Tile Setter and Rebecca manages the vacation rental properties.
