On the east Peloponnesean coast, in the idyllic landscape of the region off Leonidion, 4 km after Tyros and just 2:30 hours from Athens , is built residential complex " DIO GUESTHOUSES".

Villa “ Maleas” is a 75 sq. m. villa developed on two floors.
On the upper floor are located the living room with a fireplace, the kitchen, one W.C. and a covered furnished veranda with a great view to the Aegean. In the sitting room there are two sofas and the one off them can be used as an extra bed and a TV plasma 32 inch.
On the ground floor are set two bedrooms with a shared bathroom. In the one bedroom there is a double bed, while the other one has two unified single beds that can been used as a double bed too. The two bedrooms of the house share a covered furnished terrace, which has direct access to the private garden of the villa.
All rooms are air-conditioned and have their own TV plasma touch. The house has ethernet internet connectivity and wi-fi, inside the house and in public areas as well.
There is a swimming pool for the five houses with garden chairs and lounges .

It’s strategic location offers the visitor the opportunity to enjoy different types of tourism. For the summer in a range of 10 km, through the successive bays, clean pebbled beaches organized or not are developed, while the massif Parnonas give an alternative choice and invites visitors to mountaineering adventures. The climbing park in Leonidion is a different way of having fun , and for the lovers of religious tourism there are a lot of monasteries in a range of 15km. During the summer day cruises are orginised from Tyros to the islands of Spetses and Hydra twice a week. From the coast of Tyros up to Leonidio, Plaka and Poulithra there are plenty of restaurants and places of recreation, which can cover a wide variety of different culinary requirements, in beautiful and diverse environments which combine the uniqueness of absolute contact with the nature and the warmth of the special architecture of the region.
