The self-contained apartment is in a Heritage listed building and is a stunning example of early New York Style Palazzo architecture. Originally made use by well-to-do gentlemen of the 1920s & 30s — let’s just say if these walls could talk you’d never hear the end of it.
Whilst the space keeps all of the Art Nouveau beauty of yesteryear, it also comes with all of the modern ammenities you could ever want in a home away from home. Including dishwasher, microwave, full kitchen, fridge, laundry and entertainment area (check out the reading nook with its very own record player and vinyl collection).
From the open plan living and dining area enjoy a bird's eye view of Federation Square, the MCG, Forum Theatre, ACMI, Flinders Street Station and the National Gallery of Victoria then step out of the front door to be immediately immersed in a city like no other.
This is the perfect spot if you're a foodie, culture lover and/or bar fly. Hosier Lane runs alongside the building and is the number one place to see the latest works of emerging and established street artists.
Theatres, art galleries, world class restaurants and the many hidden laneway bars surround you in this opulent gem of a space which is a truly unique find.
A 2 minute walk up the street will land you at Flinders Street Station where you can catch a train or one of our famous Melbourne trams to explore the city further.
You have access to the whole apartment.

Please be mindful and respectful of the other tenants in the building.
I am living each day and trying to enjoy this rollercoaster. Listening to music and drinking red wine.
