Well, If it isn’t obvious this is a grudge review, that is exactly what this is. Here is the story. Mohamed locked his safe without a code. He then called me to say the battery was dead which is completely false. I had to call the management company to respond to his residence. He wanted the safe opened immediately, and proceeded to yell at me when I didn’t give him the owners phone number. I sent someone out to him. When they were 2 minutes away he told me, he called a locksmith, which I reimbursed him for. I never heard another complaint after that. We were cordial to each other for the rest of the trip. So I’m assuming this is retaliation for that.
One thing that people should know and this isn’t towards him personally, just a general statement. When you rent an apartment, you’re renting an apartment, not a hotel room, there are no bellmen waiting around in the lobby 24 hours a day. If you live on site or have 1 property then sure. But when you’re maintaining 50 properties like I am. Some issues may take longer than others to resolve. I pride myself on taking care of every guests needs, as my other reviews reflect this. I’m sorry he locked himself out of his safe, but the other issues are a gross exaggeration.
