Stay in this beautiful town home right on the Gulf of Mexico. This is an over-under townhome with other townhomes side by side. On the first floor is unit 9A a one bedroom one bath efficiency condo. The upper levels make up unit 9B, a separate two bedroom two bath condo. These can be rented separately or together. You'll be within minutes of Destin's many attractions such as the Destin Harbor, Silver Sands Outlet Shopping, Deep Sea Fishing, or Seafood Dining.
The entrance to this unit is actually into the Master Bedroom, which has a King Size Bed. There is also Queen Sleeper Sofa in the living room. There are TV's, DVD Players, and a CD-capable Stereo. The Full Kitchen is equipped with Appliances, Dishes, Silverware, and Cookware. There are Linens, Towels, and a private Washer / Dryer for your convenience. The private balcony is equipped with chairs for a Relaxing Evening in the Breeze. There is also a shared ground-level deck that is perfect for sunning and relaxing. There is one designated parking spot for this rental, and it is directly in front of the unit.
This unit is larger than a studio, but smaller than most condo's. It is approximately 525 sq. ft., not including the decks and balconies. This unit is a great compliment to the 2-bedroom unit upstairs (9B), adding an extra kitchen, bathroom, and washer/dryer. There is NO SMOKING allowed in this unit.

A non-refundable pet fee of $35 will be charged daily upon arrival if the guest has a pet.
Failure to disclose a pet will result in your card being charged a $400 fee.
Cribs can be available at $12 per day or $65 per week. Please let us know beforehand if you are going to need one.
NO SMOKING in unit/house as well as the balcony. Butts are to be disposed of properly and not left anywhere on the property. Any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $400.00 fine plus the cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odors from the unit/house and/or linens.
Check-in time is no earlier than 4 PM CT.
Check-out time is no later than 10 AM CT the day you are scheduled to leave. If you do not vacate the premises on time, you will be charged for one (1) additional night’s stay.
Do NOT use the grill in the house.
• Beds may be left unmade and sheets and pillowcases left on.
• Towels should be placed in the laundry hamper.
• Parking passes should be left on the counter.
• Make sure all doors are locked and shut.
• The thermostat should be set at 74.
• All lights should be turned off.
• Place all dirty dishes in the dishwasher.
We will not be liable or responsible for personal items left behind, lost or stolen. We will make every effort to help you recover anything that you may have left behind. If you leave an item after checking out and wish to have it returned, call us as soon as possible and we will arrange for shipment. We will inform you of shipping cost and with your approval, deduct it from your deposit refund to cover the shipping expense.
You must be 25 years of age to rent this home and provide proof of age if requested.
Pets are allowed on this property.
Pet fee: A non-refundable pet fee of $250 per stay will be charged upon arrival. Please do not allow pets on the furniture.
The home has a maximum occupancy of guests. Renters who exceed the occupancy limit and falsify occupancy information at the time of reservation are subject to eviction.
House parties and illegal substances are strictly prohibited and grounds for immediate eviction.
No items should be dropped or thrown from any balcony or living space.
