My flat is in the city of Berlin.
You have 1 Bathroom, 1 kitchen, 1 living room with a bed for 2 persons.
The flat is in the near of the "Schloss Charlottenburg", with good connections to the tube (U7 Richard Wagner Platz) and to the bus (M45).
It is a really nice part of the city with many restaurants, super markets, cafes, shopping opportunities (Wilmersdorfer Arkaden).
At Christmas there is a wonderful X-mas market :-)

Die Wohnung von Jana hat alles, was man zu zweit für ein Wochenende in Berlin braucht. Die Kommunikation war die ganze Zeit super und Jana war bzgl. Check-In un Check-Out total flexibel und hilfsbereit.
Wir wurden von Jana auf alles frühzeitig hingewiesen, was wir wissen mussten…

Just perfect!
Stayed there for a month.
Really good location!
Possible disadvantage: 4th floor, no lift.
Completely no problems. Quick response to emails and SMS.
Couldn't ask for more.

L'appartement est très fonctionnel, propre et bien situé. Les transports en commun sont rapidement accessibles et des magasins sont également situés non loin de l'appartement. L'hôte est très accueillante et digne de confiance. Je le recommenderais sans aucune hésitation.
