Welcome to Estwn apartments. Located right next to the Walk of Fame, Hollywood shopping and nightlife, Kodak theater, Pantages theater, The Bowl, Sunset Strip and Universal Studios. It's very modern, quiet and safe place. And the amenities are that of a 5 star hotel. I'd be delighted to host you at my place!
We provide travelers with reliable and comfortable hotel-like accommodations to rest after a day of work or pleasure:
- Parking spot is provided. Please note if previous guest doesn’t return our parking pass we might not be able to replace it the same day.
- Pool and gym is provided. Gym is not free.
- Washer and dryer is provided inside the unit. Laundry detergent is not provided. Laundry pick-up / drop off same day is available for extra charge.
- TV is provided, smart, no cable. Netflix is provided.
- WiFi is provided, usually high-speed.
- Iron and ironing board is provided.
Please note we do not offer laundry detergent, tea towels, flip-flops, coffee, tea, toothpaste, paper towels, beverages or breakfast. If you require these items or need more of items that we provide, please arrive prepared:
- Each bedroom is equipped with a queen size bed, featuring deluxe-comfort memory foam mattress and pillows, 3 towels, 1 sheet set, 1 comforter and duvet.
- Each bathroom is stocked with 5 hotel-size shampoos and soaps, 3 toilet paper rolls, hairdryer.
- Kitchen comes equipped with toaster, coffee maker, tea pot, oven trays, 2 pots, 2 pans, knives, utensils, corkscrew, pizza cutter, measuring cup, dish soap. We also include 1 of each following items per person: spoon, fork, big plate, small plate, bowl, cup, drinking glass, wine glass.
PICTURES AND EXACT ADDRESS
The address listed on the site and itinerary is not exact address, only close approximate location. Exact address is only provided with our Arrival Instructions upon booking. Room pictures displayed on the listing are 100% accurate. Building exterior or building amenities pictures could be of the same building or a very similar one that in no way would misrepresent the amenities.
Roll-away real mattress twin size bed (hotel style) is provided as an extra only if the listing accommodates extra guests. Extra sheets and blanket will be in the closet so you can set up extra bed upon arrival.
In Los Angeles you will not find overhead lights in bedrooms and most living rooms. That’s the way buildings are constructed and planned. We provide floor lamps and table lamps to remedy this and just wanted to give you heads up ;)
NO ACCESS TO ON-SITE OFFICE
Please note it’s not a hotel, there is no available concierge or front desk. You are not allowed to bother on-site office employees or residents. Please contact only us for help.
EARLY check-in and LATE check-out
Once previous guest checks out, housekeeper will start the cleaning. If your room is ready before check-in time we'll notify you. It is not possible to go to the room or store your luggage until housekeeper is finished. EARLY CHECK-IN can only be guaranteed if you book additional night before your reservation start date. In order to be ready for the next traveler, we can't offer LATE CHECK-OUT, room must be vacant by 11 AM, no exceptions. The only way to secure late check-out is to book additional night after your reservation end date.
KEYS AND ACCESS
In Los Angeles most apartment communities security policy allows only for 1 key-fob per apartment. Unfortunately due to this reason we cannot provide additional access key-fob.
SUPPORT. If anything isn't working properly, please contact me as the Onsite
office cannot help you without going through me first for authorization.
QUIET HOURS. Quiet hours are from 10 PM - 9 AM. Please avoid making excessive noise during that time out of respect for our neighbors.
MAIL AND PACKAGES. Unfortunately the building management cannot receive or hold packages for you. If you'd like to send or receive a package please contact me and we can arrange something.
OCCUPANCY. The occupancy limit is strictly enforced and excess persons can result in eviction.
NO SMOKING. This is a 100% non-smoking unit. Smoking is not permitted on premises. You may smoke 20ft outside of the building’s entrances.
NO PARTIES. Don't organize a party or group gathering involving additional persons as could result in immediate eviction.
NO PETS. Pets are not allowed on the rental property.
DAMAGES. We understand things happen but we do require that all guest inform us if anything is damaged during their stay.
OBLIGATIONS. The guest agrees to hold the host harmless against any and all loss, claims, causes of action, demands, costs and expenses that might be incurred by the guest in relation to the rental unit. Homeowner or host is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
COMMON AREAS. You have access to the fantastic amenities here. [IMPORTANT] Please limit use to the persons on the reservation who we know by name. We monitor who is staying and only allow guests on the reservation.
