The apartment has open plan living on the ground floor with lounge with 2 seat settee, 2 arm chairs and TV, dining area with table and chairs for 4 and a modern kitchen with gas hob, electric oven, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave oven, electric kettle, toaster and kitchenware.
The bedroom and shower room are on the first floor. Both bedrooms can be set up with either a king-size bed or 2 singles. There is space for storing clothing and a TV in each bedroom.
The shower room has a plumbed shower, wash hand basin and toilet.
The apartment has a front lawned garden and rear graveled garden. The rear garden has parking for 2 cars and a small patio with table and chairs.
Guests have access to the entire property

We are the booking agent for the owners and can be contacted at our office in Dingwall during the following hours Monday to Friday 9:30 - 17:00 and Saturdays 9:30 - 12:00 prior to your arrival.
Prior to your arrival we will email guests a contact number for the property owner or local housekeeper for your use should you require any assistance during your stay.

Although housekeeping staff will clean the property after you leave we respectfully ask all guests to clean and put away any plates, cups, glasses, etc they have used during their stay.
