Laura works from home and travels often for work. Since you're looking to reserve the entire house, Laura is likely working from home or spending some days at Ryan's primary residence down in Colorado Springs. We are both readily available through the AirBnB app for questions/concerns and can easily come by the house if there are any problems if we have some notice.
If at anytime we need to come by the house to drop off or pick up something (i.e. new magazines, mail, etc) or the occasional cleaning we prefer to do intermittently during an extended stay, we will be sure to message you to arrange a convenient time.

- Welcome to our house and the Indian Creek neighborhood. It is a fairly quiet and safe community. Young professionals, young couples, families, matured families, retirees, and elderly folks all make up the community. We've enjoyed it very much and have only received compliments by friends and family of my choice of neighborhood. Even with a safe community, we would like to provide you an ultimate sense of security. The front door has two locks; the top lock will lock when you turn it to the left, the bottom lock will flip the same key upside down and will lock when you turn it to the right. The kitchen sliding door also has two locks; one at the door handle which is locked when positioned down, the other is at the floor which can be locked when the round button is stepped down, and unlocked when you press the square button. Please keep all locks locked when you leave the house. The kitchen is free to use during your stay. On the counter or throughout the cabinets you will find many appliances to use: a toaster, blender, coffee maker, coffee bean grinder, electric hot water kettle, waffle maker, crock-pot. The juicer is one appliance that is not allowed for use. It’s a tough one to clean out. Use only silicone or plastic spatulas on the pots and pans to avoid scratching them and keep my room rates low from having to replace them. Please wash any small appliances, pots/pans, and dishes that you use during your stay. The dish washer may be used to ease the burden of cleaning, but only for dishes, cups and utensils. Pots and pans will need a hand washing. The dish soap is on or under the sink. Toss any dirty hand or dishtowels down onto the basement stair landing so we can wash them up for the next guests. The living room has a TV with cable; the Blu-ray player hooks up to Netflix if you have an account you would like to use. There is a limited selection of DVDs, but there are multiple Red Box locations in proximity to the house. The 1st floor bathroom can be used. If you run out or need any soap or toilet paper during your stay you can find it either in the cabinets under the vanity, or in the thinner hallway closet upstairs. Common area lighting: - The front living/TV room currently has a double lamp to the left of the 8-square shelving unit. - The kitchen can be lit by the switch to your right on the wall as you pass the shelving unit. There are more light switches when you enter the kitchen and turn to the right. - The back porch has a light switch to the left of the slider door, just under a picture frame of Laura and her puppy Harper. - The stairway is lit with a light switch at the bottom of the stairs on the anchor wall and a complimentary switch at the top of the stairs for another hall way light. - Please remember to turn lights off in the rooms you are not using to ensure we can keep our rates low. Other House Reminders: No smoking in or around the home, and 420 is not permitted on the property. The neighborhood has respectful quiet hours from 10pm to 7am Sunday through Friday, and 11pm to 8am Friday and Saturday, please be respectful of those hours; any noise compliant or fines from non-observance of these hours will be the guest’s responsibility.

Laura is an east coaster who moved out to Denver in December 2014 after doing some long distance with Ryan, who is a Colorado native. Laura bought this townhouse in Denver because she works up in Denver, Ryan lives and works in Colorado Springs. Laura previously had a friend living with her, but when her friend moved into a place of her own, we decided to post the spare room here on AirBnB. We have stayed with six amazing Air BnB hosts within the past two years and we want host the Air BnB community in our beautiful home to create that sense of comfort and safety while you are traveling.
We are both easy going and will respect your privacy if you chose to stay with us. Hope to meet you soon!
