This Victorian terrace in the heart of the village offers a lovely space to come home to. With a comfortable double bed, and a light and airy room with view across fields, this is a lovely location. It's a short 15/20 min walk to the train station, and 5 mins from the village amenities including shops, pubs and restaurants. There are good transport links with the M1 just 10 mins
The resident cat is a little nervous at times but generally happy to get some attention from a willing participant!
Visitors have all commented on the friendly and welcoming vibe the house has, and I certainly aim to offer people a space they can comfortably use. Whilst the main bathroom is downstairs at the end of the kitchen, there is an upstairs toilet which will be available for the exclusive use of air bnb guests when they are here.
Guests have access to the bedroom, and exclusive use of the upstairs toilet. In addition, you are welcome to use the main living areas in the house, including the living/dining room, kitchen and bathroom.
There is also a lovely outside space which you are welcome to make use of.
As it is a street of terraced houses, parking can be tricky at times, and at busy periods you may need to park on a road close by, but I have always been able to park within a 2 minute walk.

There is a cat that lives here, Missy, and whilst she is very friendly and likes a cuddle, she is also a little shy and nervous of new people.
Please keep noise to a minimum after 10pm.
Any communal areas used (kitchen, bathroom) must be left clean and tidy.
For guests staying for 7 days or more:
- you are responsible for ensuring your room is cleaned and hoovered at the end of each week, equipment will be provided for this.
- Clean bed linen will be provided each week, and it is the guests responsibility to change it.
