FIRST TIME WE'VE HAD TO EVICT A GUEST!
Airbnb support was kind enough to help evict this guest from our villa after only spending 1 night here.
His demeanor of yelling at staff, calling them names and generally being mean-spirited will not be tolerated.
To be transparent, the electricity did not go out fully, but the entire village had low power, not full power, for a total of 7 hours (from 5 am - noonish). The staff tried to explain that it does not happen often, but they will check when full power will be restored. He didn't understand how power could ever be lost.
That is when he lost it on them and called them liars, screaming.
We felt that no host or staff should tolerate that behavior and respectfully asked him to leave, eventually bringing Airbnb in to help evict him out of the premises.
Rest assured, we cleared his energy out of the home.
This is a peaceful spot with a beautifully designed home and the staff is so lovely and accommodating to guests (as you can read from other reviews).
