Two double bedrooms in creatively decorated 3-4 bed house, comfortable double bed. Quiet and friendly area with easy and very quick transport links into city centre. Train station is only 7 mins walk and the bus stop, for 4 regular buses plus night bus, 4 mins walk. Close to shops, restaurants, sea, harbour, local park with children's play area and exercise machines and the South Downs. Parking can be arranged easily at the house and friendly dogs are welcome.
Large windows give you a view of the garden. Two double rooms available each sleeps 2. I have 2 bikes also and these can be rented very cheaply by arrangement, it's a lovely and easy bike ride along the sea into town. There is one shared bathroom and an additional downstairs toilet.
Guests can make use of the kitchen facilities and may help themselves to teas and hot drinks. The sitting room and garden are also available for use. I have a large and very friendly labradoodle called Nelson who will greet you but he is non shedding so hypoallergenic, i also have a very nervous snow bengal cat called Tilliboo

I expect to be around daily since I live in the house too, however there may be times when I am away so this may vary.

I have a couple of pets, a large v friendly labradoodle dog called Nelson and a very shy snow Bengal cat called Tilliboo. Both are supposed to be hypoallergenic!

Awareness of recycling, placing recyclable items by bin in room or in recycling bins outside the house.
Relaxed and friendly. I am an artist and art teacher who also practises yoga and meditation. Travelling is my passion and I have lived and worked in Botswana as an art teacher, as well as travelled fairly extensively. I love to cook for friends and socialise over a glass of wine. I have one son who is currently at University in Leicester.
