The Garden Apartment is a delightful property set within a large converted barn in reputedly the oldest continuously inhabited village in Scotland.
Beautifully positioned in 1/2 acre gardens with its own woodland area and with stunning views to one the Scottish Borders’ most recognisable landmarks ,the Eildon Hills. All on one level it is ideal too for the less mobile.
You can hop on a train at Tweedbank station & be in the magnificent festival city of Edinburgh in under 1 hour.
The whole house can be rented for up to 8 guests but couples can enjoy the Garden Apartment within the main house. Please note there will be no other guests next door if you rent as a couple. You will have exclusive use of the 1/2 acre gardens too.
The Garden Apartment which is one bedroom with wet room next door (under floor heating ), utility, country kitchen, large dining room and sitting room with patio doors to the garden. Ample parking on the private drive and walks right from the door. We can also offer an extra bedroom plus bathroom for an additional charge if required.

We personally own and lovingly look after owners holiday lets and longer term rentals as if they were our own. Guest safety and enjoyment is our top priority and we just love to welcome them to the Scottish Borders and East Lothian.
