Welcome to my apartment.
This listing is for a private room in Zona Rio, in the business district of Tijuana.
This place is a good choice if you want to explore Tijuana and want to be close to everything (5 min from the US border, Airport, restaurants, coffee shops, bars, hospitals, government offices, movie theaters, etc.).
I'll try and help and make your stay enjoyable. If you need any advice on how to get somewhere, or simply you want recommendations on what to do, I can help with that.
The listing is for a private room with en-suite bathroom in a two bedroom apartment. Only one room is available, so there won't be other guests in the apartment, just me.
The room can be occupied by one person or a couple.
There is WiFi and an LCD TV available. No cable is available, but there are a few Mexican channels (in Spanish) and a few more US channels that you can watch.
Along with the room, you will have access to the living area, the kitchen and of course the common areas of the building (small front yard, elevator, stairs).

The neighborhood is in a safe area and there are security guards at the entrance of the apartment complex. The security guards won't speak English, but you wont' need to have much interaction with them.
My neighbors are respectful, some of them really friendly and I rarely run into them in the hallway.
There is no parking for guests, but there's usually street parking available outside the complex.
- No excessive noise between 10pm and 9am

I`m Adrian from Mexico. I really like traveling. I enjoy seeing new places, being in contact with nature, trying new dishes, learning about different cultures and talking to people who have points of view different from my own.
I consider myself a respectful person and good listener and my friends have told me I´m a good friend too.
I travel sometimes with a handful of friends, other times I travel solo, either way I enjoy traveling.
I work in a mobile apps and videogames development company and my hobbies include taking pictures, going to the movies, camping, watching movies at home, being outdoors, hanging out with friends, cooking and of course, traveling.
