Welcome to this beautiful villa just 4.5 km away from the sea! This house in Alcúdia for 10 people offers all the comfort to make your holiday an unforgettable experience.
This 2-storey house has 200 m2 and it is ideal for families or groups of friends. The villa has five air-conditioned bedrooms: three of them have two single beds each, while the other two have a double bed. There are two bathrooms and a shower room. Although there are sleeping facilities for ten people, we only offer this house for eight.
The rustic and Mediterranean decoration style gives the house a very warm and welcoming atmosphere. In the living-dining room there are two comfy sofas where you can rest while reading a book or watching satellite TV. There is a table with chairs for your meals with family and friends.
The independent kitchen has all the necessary: blender, microwave, fridge, gas stove, electric oven, toaster, dishwasher, moka pot, kettle, table with chairs and a lot more. There is a log fire for the coldest months. The house has a washing machine, iron and ironing board.
The exterior of the house is really beautiful, as you can appreciate views to the Majorcan countryside and the mountains. In the porch there is a BBQ to organize outdoor meals, a table with chairs and a chill out area with sofas and armchairs. The 700 m2 lawn area is very well decorated with Mediterranean plants and trees.
The chlorine pool is 8.5 x 4.5 m large and has a maximum depth of 1.90 m. It is surrounded by a terrace with sun beds and a pergola that will give you shade during the hottest hours of the day. At the patio there is open space to park at least four cars.
The house is located in a plot of 19000 m2 in a rural area, but it is very close to the sea and urban areas where you will find all kind of services and activities. Please mind that there is a power plant 1 km away from the house, although it doesn’t disturb or make noises. Sa Pobla is just 7.5 km from the house and you will find restaurants, bars, supermarkets, pharmacy, surgery and train station. In Port d’Alcúdia (10.5 km) there are all kind of restaurants, shops, supermarkets and lots of leisure offer.
You will love to visit the old town of Alcudia with its narrow cobblestone streets, the church and the old wall. In Alcudia you will find lovely bars to stop for a drink. There is a local market in Alcudia on Thursdays and Sundays and the centre of town becomes crowded and lively. Don’t forget to visit the Roman ruins where you will be able to see a beautiful amphitheatre.
It is very easy to get to other beaches that are worth to discover as Playas de Muro, Formentor, Son Serra de Marina, Can Picafort or Puerto de Pollença. The town of Pollença and its little church at the top of a hill (El Calvari) is a very good option for a short trip. To get to the church you have to climb 365 steps but it is really worth it!
