A charming house for 5 people in Sineu, a small town in the center of Majorca
A 4000 m2-sized country house is fenced and has a total privacy since there are no neighbors nearby. The house equipped with a central heating contributes to the environment using a renewable energy. There is a 9m x 4m-sized pool (0.6m - 1.6m deep) with a security fence so that the smallest ones are protected when they play outside. Next to the pool there are 6 sunbeds so you can sunbathe or have a good nap. Cool yourself off in a hot day or after the pool bathe in a outdoor shower. The terrace is about 20 m2 and is furnished with a sofa and two armchairs. There is a fully furnished porch with a table and chairs where you can dine in the open air or cook a tasty barbecue. The house offers a play area with a basketball basket, a swing, a slide and other toys for the little ones of the house.
A 220 m2-sized house is distributed on one floor and has a living room open to the kitchen and dining room with a comfortable sofa and a large table. Here you can watch a satellite TV, listen to your favourite CDs or read your favourite books. The kitchen is separated by an American bar and has a gas stove and all necessary utensils. The house features three bedrooms: the first one with a double bed, wardrobe, excellent views to the Majorcan countryside and a direct access to the garden. The second bedroom only has a single bed, closet and a direct exit to the garden as well. The third bedroom is master with a double bed, dressing room, bathroom en-suite and a direct exit to the garden. For the little ones we have a cot and a highchair on request. The house features two bathrooms: one with bathtub in the third bedroom and the other with shower. The laundry room has washing machine, iron and ironing board.
Sineu is a small town in the center of the island beloved by cyclists and famous for its typical Majorcan food restaurants. In 30 minutes by car you reach the north coast of the island where you can enjoy numerous family-friendly beaches with fine white sand and crystal clear waters. In Sineu you can visit its famous church, documented in 1248 and its traditional market on Wednesdays famous for its typical Majorcan animals stops and traditional food stalls.
Note: The rental of this property is based on the Spanish Law on Urban Leases ((PHONE NUMBER HIDDEN)th November). According this law the property is available for seasonal renting. However, the contract does not offer any tourist service. It is only for the use and enjoyment of the property.
