Atlantica Resort is located in the heart of Myrtle Beach. It is just few blocks (few minutes walking distance) to the beautiful downtown - the new Beach Broadwalk, the Market Commons, the great sky wheel and the pier. It's only half mile to the Broadway, the convention center, Family Kingdom, and water park. It is about one mile to the shopping mall, movie theater, golf course and airport. This resort has been a favorite Myrtle Beach vacation destination for many, many years.
The master bedroom has 1 king-size bed, the guest bedroom has 1 queen-size bed. The new upgraded granite countertop kitchen is fully equipped with extra appliances, blender, coffee pot, toaster, and service for six guests. The two upgraded full bathrooms have granite countertops.
The designer decorated living room contains a full size sleeper sofa, a single-size sofa, table with four chairs, FLAT SCREEN HD TV plus hi speed wireless internet connection right in the unit. Lots of linen and towels, service for 6, and everything you could want for a great vacation! The spacious balcony has a table and 2 chairs, is Oceanfront and THE VIEW IS INCREDIBLE! They are perfect for dolphin watching with your morning coffee.

All are heated and enclosed in the winter (Nov-May approx.) for year round enjoyment. Next door to the indoor amenities is our one of a kind Atlantica Beach Club. We also have 2 direct oceanfront 2-bedroom condos in this resort, multiple 2 and 3-bedroom cottages in a very quiet new neighborhood. They were built in 2013 and only 1 block to the beach. They can host 8 to 10 guests each. We also have a direct oceanfront 1-bedroom penthouse in Paradise Resort. Please let me know if you are interested in these properties.

Atlantica condo PH51 the rental property herein addressed is managed by Myrtle Beach Rentals for Vacation LLC. I. I ask that you read and adhere to all of the following terms and conditions herein addressed. Check in time is 4PM or later. Check out time is 10 AM or sooner on the dates booked for rental. There is a $50 per hour late check out fee after 10 am on the check out date. Upon arrival the renters will get the key cards which will permit access to various areas of the resort at the front desk. Additionally, 1 parking pass will be given to the renters. The renters must agree to abide by all resort facilities and parking regulations and understand that the renters alone not the condo owners or resort are responsible for the towing of the illegally parked vehicles. The renters will be emailed the instruction provided by the condo owner to gain entry to the resort and condo 2 days before the trip. The entrance will be fitted with a combination lockbox with 2 keys inside. On the departure date the renters shall put the 2 keys back in the combination lockbox. The cleaning service will arrive promptly after your departure to inspect clean and prepare the condo for the next incoming renters. The renters agree that they are responsible on any damage of their own properties and any injury of themselves inside and outside of the property. The renters agree to reimburse the owners for any damages or missing items for the duration they are occupants from the safety deposit and/or from their credit card if damage protection insurance was not purchased. No condo property such as bedspreads, pillows,, blankets, towels, sheets, chairs, pots, pans, glasses, dishes or anything else are to be taken out of this condo to the beach or anywhere else. This condo is a non pet friendly and having pets is a violation and breach of contract and is grounds for eviction without refund and is also subject to $200 recovery fee billed to the renters. This condo is a non-smoking unit including the balcony. A violation will result in $200 recovery fee billed to the renters. House parties and groups in excess of the initial renters are not permitted. Violators are subject to eviction without refund. The owner will provide a travel size shampoo, hair conditioner, hand soap and a toilet tissue in the bathroom, a paper towel, 1 dish washer detergent and 2 trash bags in the kitchen. The renters need to bring all these consumables for the convenience. The renters understand that a peaceful, quiet atmosphere is expected and enjoyed by all residents and renters alike. As such the renters will do everything possible to limit disturbances in the accommodations, in the hallways, in the pools and the beach. The renters agree to report the damages. If needed, a service person will get in the condo for the repairing. Service person shall have right to call ahead, make appointment and gain entry to the condo to inspect and make corrections and repairs. If entry is refused the renters will be held liable for all service call costs. Maid and cleaning service are only provided when you depart unless otherwise requested for an additional cost. In the interim during your stay, the renters are responsible for keeping the condo tidy, taking out the trash, washing the dishes and utensils, and doing your laundry. Before your departure, you have to put all the used dishes and other kitchen stuff in the dishwasher and start to wash. The renter will clean the refrigerator before check out. The renters agree that the payment is non-refundable if the renters cancel the reservation. The renters have to make payment in full 2 weeks before the trip. If the owner cannot receive the payment before or on the due day, the reservation will be cancelled without any refund.
