At the foot of the Sierra de Tramuntana, Campanet, you ´ll find this beautiful villa with private pool and accommodation for 6 people.
The private chlorine pool has a size of 10m x 4m and a depth of 1m to 1.9m, where you can swim with views of the countryside and of the mountains.There are four sunbeds available which invite you to relax and to sunbathe and for cooling down there is an outside shower. There is a furnished terrace next to the pool which is an idyllic spot for outdoor dining. Depending on season and availability you can pick oranges, lemons, figs and almonds in the garden. There is an outside bathroom with shower next to the pool. This beautiful house is fenced and there are some neighbors in the surroundings.
Inside the house you will find a rustic living room with satellite TV who invites you to spend unforgettable moments in family. The kitchen is fully equipped, including a vitro ceramic. The laundryroom has a washing machine, an iron and ironing board. On the ground floor there is a bathroom with shower. Regarding to the bedrooms, there is one bedroom with a double bed on the ground floor and two bedrooms on the first floor, one of them with a double bed and bathroom with shower and another bedroom with twin beds. There is another bathroom with bath on the first floor. All bedrooms are bright and have windows to the garden.
This beautiful property is located on the outskirts of Campanet, a very quiet village and in the foothills of the Sierra de Tramuntana. In the center of the village there is a grocery store,some good restaurants, a bank, a pharmacy and cafes.The surroundings are wonderful for hiking or biking to, for example, the underground sources Ses Fonts Ufanes that spring after heavy rains, the small village of Binibona, the monastery of Lluc or to neighboring villages Moscari and Selva. A car is necessary.
Regarding the beaches, you have the choice between sandy beaches and rocky coves in the north of the mountains. The next sandy beach is in Puerto de Alcudia and is perfect for families as it has every service you can imagine, Playa de Muro is a quieter beach, protected by dunes. If you like walking, you can reach Alcudia to Can Picafort, through all Playa de Muro. In the Tramuntana you find beautiful coves of stone like Port des Canonge and Port de Valldemossa.
