My place is close to To the city centre, it's just a short drive. We are also close to the motorway. The Galway Racecourse is only a 15 minute walk from the house. It's secluded from the city so a good nights sleep is guaranteed but close enough that you can enjoy the night without worrying about an expensive taxi back.. You’ll love my place because of the cosiness and the location. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travellers.

My name is Rory McShane, I am a graduate from the University of Limerick with a high 2.1 honours in BSc. (Ed.) in Biological Sciences and Chemistry. I am also a newly qualified post-primary Teacher. I teach Science at junior level, and my main subjects are Biology, Chemistry, and Agricultural Science, which I also teach at senior level.
My interests lay firmly with the advocacy and promotion of Science and Education. It is to me the greatest achievement possible to advance science and learning in some way to better all life on the earth. That is why I am so keen to be involved at the forefront of Science and Education, I wish to add my name to the long list of people who have committed their lives to improving those of others. I volunteer so often for the same reason, be it in science workshops or Comhairle na nÓg, working with young people to promote civic engagement, I tackle them all, and enjoy every second.
My experiences involve working as a supervisor/night-manager for a number of years in a busy retail/forecourt in Limerick City, volunteering as a Science Instructor in the Science Hub Limerick, and the Chemical and Environmental Sciences Department in the University also. My professional teaching experiences involve two block practices, teaching a range of students from various backgrounds and abilities at all year groups in two high standing schools. I also developed a module through research and practical investigations to promote Science, and particularly Pharmaceutical Chemistry titled ‘Innovation in Medicine’ which is used by the SSPC and University of Limerick to give to Transition Year teachers in Ireland.
I have a great love for debating, public speaking, and scuba diving, enjoying the spectacle of marine life and the sights to behold beneath the waves. I am also a certified Diver (Cardiac) First Responder and aid on large trips with my local Sub Aqua club.
