Hello Jason, I am so sorry to hear all that and all the issues you had. We do a hard maintenance every month to make sure everything works perfectly. The day before your checkin the apartment was checked to make sure everything works smoothly.
All I ask you for is a honest review and a commitment with the proper use of the appliances in the house. You will find the house manual at the entrance that will help you runing correctly the appliances.
During your 4 day stay, we sent the repairman 4 times to attend your demands. No matter what happens, I am here to assist you with anything you need to make your stay more pleasant.
By saying that I would like a more honest review, I don’t mean to blame you, but I would like to mention all the things you didn’t. The first day you colapsed the toilet, so we sent the repairman. The second day the other toilet was colapsed again, so repairman sent again. The third day you put FAIRY in the washing machine instead of detergent, so it started leaking from behind. We sent again the repairman. The forth and last day, you told us that the stove was broken, so we sent the repairman again. Since he was no able to fix it at the moment and we couln’t buy a new one on Sunday 8pm we told you that we would partially refund you for that in two weeks (I was on a trip).
After your departure, we found out that all the kitchen and appliances were flooded because of the FAIRY into the washing machine or dishwasher. That’s the reason why the bulbs were blowing and the stove stopped working. Once again, the point is not to blame you (things happen), but to tell a more realistic point of view.
Now everything is working fine again and we have returned back the new stove we bought. Regards, Daniel
