This gorgeous Key West Style home comfortably sleeps up to 8 people with 2 King Beds, 2 Twin Beds and a Sofa Sleeper. The open layout allows for privacy and separate living spaces. There is a HUGE lanai that is situated on nearly an acre lot that is beautifully landscaped for added privacy. *Pool Heat is complimentary from Dec 15 - Apr 15. Outside of that time frame it is $25/day (min $150)

This gorgeous home has sky high ceilings when you walk in. The open layout with rooms on opposite sides makes it a great space to share amongst several adults or 2 small families. There is a dual master suite with each King Bedroom having access to a full bath. It is situated on nearly an acre with lots of privacy and just a short 7-10 min walk to the world famous Tigertail Beach! *Pool Heat is complimentary from Dec - Easter. Outside of that time frame it is $25/day.

PLEASE NOTE: A basic supply of linens is provided. Bed linens and bath towels are not changed during the stay. A startup kit consisting of hand soap, 1 roll of toilet tissue per bathroom, 1 roll of paper towels, laundry soap, dish soap and trash bags is provided, but items are not replenished during the stay. Guests are responsible for replenishing these items for their own use once depleted.

1. WIFI – All WIFI network and password information can be found on the fridge and/or on the cover of the welcome binder. Please let us know if you are unable to locate it.

2. Phone – For your convenience we have provided local phone service. For international calls, you will need a calling card. If the WIFI isn’t working, the phone won’t either. It is a VOIP phone system. The Phone Number is printed on the phone and in the binder in each home if a phone is provided.

3. Parking – You may park overnight inside the garage and in the driveway (not blocking the sidewalk). You may also park on the street in front of the home and in the swale until midnight. Please do not block the sidewalk when parking in the driveway or leave your vehicle on the street in front of the home or in the swale past midnight each evening or you may incur a fine from the city up to $250/day for each violation.

4. Trash and Recycling – Trash will be picked up anytime between 6am – 6pm on Mon and Thu. Recycling (yellow lid) is Thu only. Please put the trash can out on Sunday night after 6pm and Trash and Recycling on Wed night, so you don’t miss it as sometimes they do come early. As a courtesy to other homeowners, please don’t leave the container outside overnight on the day of pick up.
It does get very HOT in the summer so we ask that all guests store the trash containers outside to the right of the garage. This helps to prevent bad odors in the garage.

5. Noise – There is a noise ordinance that takes effect from 10 pm – 7 am and prohibits loud music, yelling, shouting, animal noises and machinery that are excessive and unnecessary.

6. Beach Access –
Tigertail Beach – Tigertail Beach Park is located at 430 Hernando. There is also a playground, small beach café and public restrooms there. Grab the beach cart and some towels and enjoy your day! This is walking distance from 610 Hernando.
South Beach – There are 3 Public Beach Accesses.
South Side - 930 Swallow Ave, Marco Island, FL 34145. There is public parking here for $8/day and showers and restrooms as well.

Collier/Maple – This is near the new JW Marriott. There are no public restrooms at this beach access but you can order a beverage at the hotel and use the restroom. You can walk to this beach access from 926 S Flamingo Circle.
Collier/Winterberry – This is near the Hilton and Marco Walk (7-11 is on the corner). There are no public restrooms at this beach access but you can order a beverage at the Stilts (which is open to the public) and use the restroom. You can walk to this beach access from 700 Seagrape and 1033 Fieldstone
If you are staying by Tigertail Beach and would like to visit South Beach, there is a paid parking lot at the Turtle Lot on Collier (721 S Collier Blvd) for $9/day. It is an automated parking lot, so you are encouraged to have exact change as you may not get change from the machine. Also don’t park if the lot is full or you won’t be refunded. You can also go to the South Side Beach Access which is located at 930 Swallow Ave, Marco Island, FL 34145.
Resident’s Beach
If you rent on Marco Island for one month or longer, you are eligible to join the Marco Island Residents’ Beach. The cost is $140.
Membership includes the use of the most beautiful beach in the world, dining at the Paradise Grill with shaded tables, convenient parking, restrooms, showers, picnic chickees with charcoal grills, playground, beach wheelchairs with easy handicap access to facilities and many other benefits such as family friendly concert events on the green.
Membership also includes the use of Sarazen Park on the south end of the island, which offers beach access, parking, restrooms, playground and picnic facilities, too! The largest chickee hut on the island is located at Sarazen Park!

7. Pool – The pool is treated and cleaned every week. From Jan – Mar, the pool heater will be set at 88. If the weather is very cold (less than 70), it is possible the pool will have difficulty heating to 85 and beyond. We apologize for any inconvenience but there is really nothing that can make it hotter if the external temps are very low. From Easter – Dec 19 the pool heater is NOT on. If you would like it turned on, please contact the owner. A fee of $100/week will be collected from you for the pool heat.
If you experience any issues please contact LLVR at 636-699-2569. If you are unable to reach her please refer to the pool company phone number in your home. It is located on the fridge and/or in the binder. You also received it via email with your check in information.

8. Grilling – We have provided a gas grill for you to use. Please make sure the grill is not next to the screen or home when grilling to prevent fires. Please Note: If the grill is in need of cleaning, please notify LLVR immediately before using! A very dirty grill can cause a grease fire. We request you replace any propane you use out of courtesy for the next guest. Thank you for your assistance for making all of our guests’ stays enjoyable! There’s nothing worse than coming home to grill a nice steak or fish (if you’re vegetarian) and realizing there’s no propane! The closest and least expensive place to refill the propane is:

9. Unwanted Pests – The home is sprayed every quarter for pests. It is Florida, so there are a lot of insects! To help minimize any unwanted pests, please do not leave food out overnight inside or outside. This will prevent any unwanted critters from chewing through the screens to get to your leftovers. =)

10. AC – This is an island and AC is expensive, so please be sure all doors and windows are closed when AC is running. Please do NOT set thermostat below 72 or it will run all night. Thank you for helping us conserve energy to keep our rates low!

11. SHOPPING: There are 3 grocery stores on the island.
Winn Dixie - 625 N Collier Blvd, Marco Island, FL 34145 They are open from 9 am – 11pm daily except Sunday (they are open until 10 pm)
Publix:

Right across the bridge is a Super Wal Mart that is open late. If you arrive before you can check in we recommend stopping by the Wal Mart on your way in from the airport…or park the car and go to the beach!

12. BIKES – Bikes are available at each property as a courtesy to our guests. We asks our guests to maintain these bikes, so that everyone may enjoy them. If you run over something and get a flat tire or break a chain, please replace it. There is a local bike shop that will pick up the bike and return it to you and you are also welcome to rent bikes if ours are not in working order. Thank you for helping us maintain the bikes for everyone’s enjoyment!

13. CHECK OUT/CLEANING - . Please clean run the dishwasher before you leave. Guest shall not be responsible for last load of laundry or making beds at check out. Please make sure you don’t leave more than 1 load of towels at checkout to ensure the next guest has clean towels/linens to use and run the dishwasher. This helps the cleaners make sure there is sufficient time to get the home ready for the next guest. We appreciate your cooperation!
Please remember to only leave the last load of laundry, put the key back in the box and leave the garage opener on the sofa/coffee table (if applicable)! Thank you!

It is a short 7-10 min walk to Tigertail Beach Park. You are also a short walk (15 min) to the Esplenade or take the 4 cruiser bikes that are provided for your enjoyment (bike maintenance is the responsibility of the guest).
