Hi Tyler, I'm glad to hear you enjoyed your stay overall. Appreciate your feedback. There's a couple points you've made that I'd like to offer our opinion on. Firstly, you mention the house doesn't look like the photos advertised. This is honestly the first time I've heard this in any of our reviews and I've hosted at least 200 groups at this house. People rave about the backyard, and the size has never been questioned either. It's a very large lot size for the Palm Springs area. I don't come across many homes that have larger backyards, unless they are 3-5M homes in gated communities. Not much I can really do there. I think the photos accurately show the size of the house both inside and out. Regarding the window treatments, each bedroom has curtains with ample width to cover the entire window. It's good feedback though for us, so I'll go to the house to make sure they are thick enough to block out the sun in the mornings. As far as plumbing, we followed up on the feedback of previous guests who complained about bad water pressure in one of the bathrooms, and recently installed new water filters behind the shower heads to soften the water, so the shower heads don't get blocked. I will need to look into the drain situation. Probably just a simple clog from hair / soap scum. I will make sure this is taken care of before our next guests arrive. The third bathroom you've described without a door is located in the master bedroom. This is a fully private room, so like most master bathrooms, it features an open door to the bedroom it connects to. The bathroom is private to the remainder of the house... I think your comment about the kitchen needs a little clarification. The kitchen is fully stocked with equipment for cooking: pots, pans, oven trays, a large amount of plates, bowls, silverware, etc. We even provide a spice rack for guests. If you are referring to items such as tin foil, zip block bags, etc., we do not provide those for our guests, as they normally buy them at the store when doing their shopping for the week of their stay ahead. As for the backyard / pool cleanliness, there was a MAJOR windstorm the day you all arrived. An 18 wheeler truck blew over on the highway, to put it in perspective. We have some tall ficus trees in the backyard and when it's windy they have tendency to put leaves in the pool. Our pool guy serviced the property a day later for you. Thanks for the advice about the hose. I will buy a longer one. The noise complaint you received and described came at 2am. Your group was playing music at a loud level when next door neighbors are trying to sleep. You're more than welcome to use the backyard after 10pm, but we ask that all music be turned off (per city ordinance) and that you be mindful of noise level to be courteous to our neighbors. As far as parking, our neighbor called me and let me know that your cars were parked on our rock gravel lawn (desert landscaping). I sent you a text and asked if you could please move the cars onto the driveway. It's a 6 car driveway and can very easily accommodate your group. You ignored that text and eventually the neighbor called the city. All of that could have been avoided if you just followed my instruction. Additionally, the parking instructions are listed on the Airbnb house manual, as well as on a laminated instructions sheet within the home.
