This smart 4 bedroom home is ideal for a family of 8, and is conveniently a short distance from several train stations.
From the entrance hall the door on the right takes you into a large comfortable sitting room with three seater sofas and comfortable wing chairs. There is a good collection of paintings displayed on the red painted walls and many books on the shelves either side of the large fireplace. It is an ideal room for relaxing or entertaining. The large window looks over the street.
At the end of the hall, a glass door leads into the spacious modern extension which contains the well equipped kitchen with a granite topped island unit, a dining area with a table seating up to eight people and a TV area with comfortable chairs and more bookshelves. The three large connecting doors can be folded right back in the summer giving a twelve foot opening to the garden. There is also a cloakroom on this floor with washbasin and lavatory. Downstairs from the hall is a utility room with washing machine and dryer.
Up the stairs there is the master bedroom, traditionally furnished with a large super-king bed, an antique desk and bookshelves. Clothes go into a walk-in wardrobe opposite.
Next door to the master bedroom is another pretty double bedroom with a 5' bed and vanity unit.
Located on the top floor, this bedroom has a king sized bed, cupboards and fitted wardrobes.
This bedroom is fitted with a single bed which has a second pull out bed underneath. An en-suite bathroom is available and is fitted with a walk-in shower.
The large bathroom with two washbasins, bath and overhead shower is a couple of strides across the hall from both bedrooms on the first floor.
Located on the ground floor, this WC features a single wash basin.
This garden can be accessed through the kitchen and has a table and 6 seats.

Please note there is a resident dog who will not be present during your stay. When pulling out the second single bed, the space in this room is reduced.

All our guests will be greeted personally at the property by a member of our hospitality team, and guest assistance is also provided by our professional customer service team between 8am - 8pm 7 days a week, should any issues arise during your stay. Please note that once a booking is made, the customer service team will be the point of contact thereafter.
Please be aware that viewings are not possible for stays of less than 1 month.
