I stayed at this property with 5 other friends during our university's spring break. The location was absolutely perfect! It was a five minute walk to a gorgeous, clean beach and close to many great restaurants and venues. The place itself was fairly spacious and mostly true to the pictures provided. The twin beds are much smaller than they look on the picture (they are smaller than a standard twin). Communication with the host was very brief and a little mysterious. He was very helpful (we spoke over the phone a few times) but we never actually saw him or even found out his actual name. It was a little uncomfortable not knowing who this person was. Most amenities were provided (kitchenware, pots/pans, trash bags, etc.) but we had to buy our own toilet paper, dishwasher soap, and some other miscellaneous common items.
Pros: close to a beautiful beach, located in a fun vacation town, spacious, clean, most amenities provided, host was helpful, WiFi was provided, mostly true to pictures, nice deck, water spigot to wash sand off feet before getting inside, covered parking
Cons: house shook with moving around inside, felt uncomfortable not knowing who the actual owner of the place was, things seemed to be breaking down/cheaply made inside the house (e.g. bar stools were very wobbly)
