I'm glad you enjoyed your stay Heath! Sorry about the neighbor noise. I've had over 30 guests and two have mentioned they heard it, so it hasn't been too much of an issue. That said, the walls are thin in between our units and I can hear them sometimes but not after 11 pm or before 8 am. If you sleep outside of those hours and are looking for a super quiet spot, this may not be the best fit in case you may hear them (which isn't often). Again only a couple guests out of the 30 have mentioned this as an issue but want to comment here so people are aware. Venice in general is not the quietest neighborhood (nor is anywhere in LA really!) but thanks for sharing Heath for other guests to be aware in case they are sensitive to noise.
