A sunny, spacious apartment located in a centrally-located quiet neighborhood. We are walking distance to public transit and metro rail and right across from a park. The area is green and full of birds. Ideal for a weekend visit or longer stay.
The neighborhood is full of trees and is quiet. In the center, there is a small park ideal for an evening stroll, or playtime with the young ones. The metro rail is a ten minute walk away, and access to other public transport it even closer. There are markets with restaurants, coffee shops, bookshops and shopping a ten minute drive away with plenty of options for everyone.
You have access to the entire apartment in the middle level. Please be respectful of others sharing the space on the lower and upper levels. Noise levels must be at a minimum after 11 pm.
To gain entry, come in through the front gate marked C-18. Up the stairs and to the left, you will see a door with a brass knocker. This is the lower level. Someone here will provide you with keys and show you around when you arrive.

The house is divided into three apartments shared by one family. We are on the second (middle) level. As you enter and go up the stairs, the door on the left brings you to the first level. Someone at this level will guide you to your apartment and show you the ins-and-outs.

Breakfast, lunch and dinner is available at request. If you are interested, you must inform someone in the lower level kitchen the day prior. An additional fee of Rs. 150 per meal per person will be added.
- Quiet hours are after 11 pm.
- Smoking is allowed only in the courtyard
- No shoes in the house
- No moving heavy furniture. Plastic chairs are available for outdoor use
- No parties or extra guests allowed
