Nothing can beat this location! Main area of Miraflores but with no street noise. 5 blocks from Kennedy Park and 2 blocks from Vivanda Supermarket as well as a wide range of stores, restaurants, markets.
This is the place to stay!
Miraflores is one of the best parts of town to stay at if you are coming for tourism or for business. Its located just minutes away from San Isidro, where most offices are located and in the central part of Miraflores from where you can walk everywhere.
Pardo avenue can get very busy, but since the apartment is located on the back side of the building, you will here no noise at all.
Right next door, there is a money exchange venue and within 2 or 3 blocks you will find a supermarket (Vivanda), banks, restaurants and coffee places.
Walking is definitely the best way to get to know the neighborhood. There are several bus routes that run in front of the building but they are disorganized. You can't find the route anywhere online. You just have to flag down a bus and ask if they are going where you need to. Its super easy to take taxis via app. I mostly recommend Uber and Cabify. Cabify you can pay with a (SENSITIVE CONTENTS HIDDEN) account!
The closest Metropolitano Station is Ricardo Palma, about 10 blocks away and you can use this service to go to the Historic part of town in downtown Lima. Just take a bus direction north and get down in Central Station (the only underground station). From there, you walk 6 blocks to the Main Square, Government Palace, Cathedral and San Francisco church!
- Please no loud noises after 11 pm on weeknights and 2am on weekends. It is a family building and a very nice community.

I love to travel and read. I also love yoga and running!
I am passionate about tourism and look forward to welcoming tourists to my beautiful country. I live in Barranco, where I have 2 properties. I also have properties in Miraflores and San Isidro. I love to personally greet guests if possible and help them organize their trip throughout Peru, so don't hesitate to ask me for advise or recommendations!
