Located in the quiet village of Llubí, this authentic country house for 4 people is only a 20 minute drive from the beach.
A beautiful garden with palm trees and orange trees surrounds the house and invites you to spend a while, perhaps with a good book or accompanied by your loved ones. The furnished porch is provided with a barbecue. It has access to an elevated, round shape chlorine pool, with a depth of 1.1m to 2.4m. On four sun loungers you will enjoy the Mediterranean sun and if you prefer shade, there is an sun umbrella. The plot is fenced and there are some neighbors scattered around the area.
A bright living room is open to the dining area, has air conditioning and satellite TV and its rustic decor will make you feel at home. The Mallorcan style kitchen with ceramic hob is fully equipped, including crockery, cutlery and all the utensils needed to prepare your favorite dishes. The second kitchen, decorated with elements of the past, offers equipment such as dishwasher, oven and gas hob and toaster, as well as an eating area.
The first bedroom counts with a double bed, fan, wardrobe and space for one cot and a highchair. Offering two single beds and wardrobe, the second bedroom additionally has air conditioning. The bathroom with hydromassage shower promises moments of relaxation, while the second bathroom is simpler and has a normal shower. Inside the house is adapted for people with restricted mobility, but not the exterior.
This finca is located in the middle of nature, between the towns of Muro and Llubí. Basically, the area is dedicated to agriculture and the landscape is characterized by wide wheat fields, old windmills and routes of special charm where to go by bike or to hike. You can find supermarkets, a gas station, banks and all other necessary services in Muro. On Tuesdays the market is held on Plaça de la Carretera in Llubí where you can buy fresh products from the region. In Can Picafort there is a long sandy beach, about 20 minutes drive. If you like the beaches of Mallorca, you can visit Playa de Muro, Son Serra de Marina and Puerto de Alcúdia.
