The house of 210m2 is distributed on two floor. There are three bedrooms, one of them with two single beds on the ground floor and two bedrooms on the upper floor; one with two single beds and one with a double bed. If you are traveling with a baby we will provide you with a crib and highchair free of charge. There is one bathroom with shower on the ground floor and a second one with bathtub on the first floor. Four fans complete the equipment.
The cozy living room invites you to take a little nap or watch a movie on satellite television. In the dining area, there is a table with chairs. The independent kitchen with ceramic stove top, has all the necessary utensils for cooking without any problem. A washing machine, iron and ironing board are also available.
The house is located in Pollença, where you can find all the basic services you may require during your stay. You can also visit the "oratorio of Calvari" climbing a total of 365 steps (a symbol of one for each day of the year) or just walk through the fantastic cobbled streets. There are a variety of bars and restaurants in the area. The nearest sandy beach is the Port of Pollença but we also recommend to visit Cala Bóquer, Cala de Sant Vicenç, Formentor or Escorca beach.
