This lovely 3bd 2ba home is perfect for a family or group of friends looking to enjoy Charlotte for the week or weekend. Prime location that's in walking distance to great bars, restaurants, and shops on Montford Ave. & Park Rd., 2 miles to SouthPark mall, less than 5 miles to center city, and less than 5 miles to Quail Hallow & the PGA tournament. Driveway is two cars wide to fit your vehicles and a selection of coffee, tea, and local craft beer will be provided.
Our home was built in 1954 and has beautiful hardwood floors, a large fireplace, and a great backyard. We've recently installed a new central AC system and thermostat so you'll be sure to be very comfortable in the hot Charlotte summer. We have original artwork in the home primarily created by my wife Melanie.
We have an adorable Cockapoo named Cooper living with us who does not shed and will not be there if you book our home. However, if you are allergic I would still recommend that you evaluate other accommodation options to be safe.
Guests will be able to access all space in the house.

Currently living with my wife Melanie in Charlotte, NC running a healthcare technology startup. I love North Carolina and have lived here almost my entire life. The time that I've spent away from the state defines two of my biggest passions, the Virginia Tech Hokies and traveling. There's nothing better than being in the hills of Virginia on a crisp fall day watching the Hokies beat the Cavaliers with 67,000 of your closest friends. I've lived in Raleigh, Blacksburg, Richmond, San Diego, Sevilla and Charlotte and love traveling to experience different cultures. I fell in love with Mediterranean culture while studying abroad in Sevilla. I'm perfectly comfortable bread, olive oil, wine, and friends for an entire afternoon (or week for that matter). Any chance to see a city or community that views the world through a different lens is a chance I'll take. My girlfriend and I love to travel together and don't do nearly enough of it, our favorite city is New Orleans for it's unique style. Our travel bucket list includes Costa Rica, Brazil, Thailand, and South Africa.
I'm not as active as I'd like to be on AirBnB so likely don't have a ton of reviews. Hopefully the above has given you some insight into who I am and allowed you to get more comfortable with me despite that. I love God, family, the Hokies, traveling, and good food (probably in that order). I believe with all my heart in the goodness of humanity and love to hear other's stories. My life motto is based on that belief and is intentionally simplistic; "Do the right thing".
