Relax on the deck and take in the expansive views, which feature glimpses of the bay, and Stradbroke Island in the distance. Located only 5 minutes' walk from Manly train station and with bus connections at the door, the city is easily accessible. A short 10 minute walk will take you to the local shops (cafés, restaurants and supermarket) and the waterfront.
This modern single storey house includes a large open plan living, kitchen and dining area and a large deck, making the most of the expansive views from the top of the hill. The house has 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, 1 laundry and a double garage with an electric roller door. The house is air conditioned.
A number of parks are in close proximity to the house and the waterfront is a short walk or drive away. The house is located on a major road, but minimal noise is heard due to the house's placement on the block away from the road.
The house is rented fully furnished and unoccupied.
Guests are able to use all of the house's facilities, with the exception of a third bedroom and a storage shed which will be locked.

Check-in time is after 12 midday and check-out time is 11am. We are happy to be flexible with these times where possible.
