Prices per 8 guests, additional guests $25 per person, per night up to 10.
Cleaning fee $185. Security/damage deposit added or comparable travelers insurance policies allowed.
8% tax will be added to all rates.
A deposit is due when you make reservations and receive the contract. Credit card information (Visa or Mastercard) is taken as a security deposit, your rental balance is due 30 day prior to your arrival date.
Deposits are non refundable, call for details on cancellation policies.
