My home is close to Close to Dulwich Park, on one of the most popular streets in East Dulwich. Great bus connections to the West End and to four mainline stations, all with good rail links (15/20 minutes) to Central London. Close to the amenities of Lordship Lane including boutique shops, restaurants, cafes and bars and a Picturehouse cinema. The guest room is spacious, with a comfy bed (shared bathroom). Good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travellers.
This is a spacious family home in a residential neighbourhood, close to a beautiful park and with excellent transport links. The room is my son's when he is here and has recently been decorated. It is the main bedroom of the house (I have a loft room on the floor above) and it has secondary glazing, so the fact that the house is on a fairly busy road doesn't usually bother anyone who lives/stays here. I have a beautiful contemporary kitchen, which you are welcome to use, which opens to a lovely, south-west facing, garden. I will provide basics for breakfast. There are many great restaurants within walking distance, so I doubt you will want to cook.
As well as the guest room, you have access to the (shared) bathroom, kitchen and garden. You can have your own set of keys and come and go as you like.

I'm usually here. I have a home office but am often out during the day, either teaching or meeting clients.

I have a friendly cat. If I am away overnight or for the weekend when you are here, I would ask you to feed her.

London-based independent PR and communications consultant, studying for a postgraduate qualification in business and personal coaching. A little more flexibility now that I am not tied to the 9-5 and I like to travel with friends and family (two young adult children), either to explore new cities or just hole up in a country cottage hideaway for a few days peace and quiet. Previous airbnb bookings have been made for cultural pursuits (opera in Vienna, Morrissey in Bologna) or just because it is nice to get away occasionally and do something new.
