Please provide your flight arrival information (flight # and arrival time) so we can plan for your arrival to Waikiki and get you checked in.
Per community house rules, all guests must register on-site with a valid photo id or passport required for all guests in the unit. VISITORS are not permitted un-escorted above the lobby level. Security card key activity is monitored and serves the purpose to provide extra security. Use of card key is reserved for paying Guests or Residents only and may not be used to allow access to anyone else. FAILURE to comply with the building rules will result in violations and fines which you will be responsible.
In general, all guests, residents & visitors are asked to be a good neighbor and to comply with the following building rules:
-No smoking in the unit or in the common areas of the building.
-Loud music or TV playback is generally not allowed.
-Items may never hang over or from the lanai ledge.
-Trash chutes are located on each floor - please tie your bags prior to releasing down the shoot so you do not cause a clog. If you have items too large for the trash chute, please use the dumpsters located in the garage.
-Intoxicated behavior in any common area is prohibited.
Unaccounted key cards will incur a $100 charge per card missing or damaged.
Additionally, all guests are also asked to leave the room in order during their stay, report any leaks or damages immediately, and asked to not leave food out, unsealed or in the trash as this will attract bugs into the unit; units are on routine bug control however we ask that you do not feed them or the BIRDS :)
Do not place anything other than toilet paper into the toilet or you will cause a clog. Please do NOT dispose female products, “flushable wipes”, or baby wipes in the toilet or you could be responsible to pay the plumbing bill.
Upon checking out, leave all dirty towels in the bathtub or in the laundry basket. The cleaning fee will take care of general cleaning and laundry but please make sure the unit is not “trashed” or excessively dirty with trash, sand or dishes otherwise additional cleaning may be charged against your deposit. Do NOT bring sand into the unit or into the bathroom. Sand will clog the drains and you may be responsible should a plumber be called to remove the clog.
