Get away from it all. Work on your novel. Take naps. Make music. Draw and paint. Photograph. Take long walks. Get your hands dirty. Meditate. Fossil hunt. Bird watch. Explore very old things. Sleep under the stars. If you're looking for a place to get away to, this is it.
Your home during your stay is Gidget, a super cute, brand new retro style 19 foot camper. The perfect size for one person or a couple (small children welcome, larger ones may be too big for the sleeper bed), she'll give you solar power, heat, a composting toilet, shower, comfy queen size bed, and a kitchenette with fridge, two compartment sink, three burner stove, and an oven. All she's missing is you.
While our property is 140 acres in the middle of a 10,000 acre ranch, guests are welcome to explore the entire ranch by foot, or even to bring their horses if you have some. There is an amazing canyon, old stone ruins, and more to explore here!
Общение с гостями
We often take long exploratory walks on the ranch, and you're welcome to join us!

You will have a fully stocked kitchen and of course are welcome to bring your own groceries. The ingredients for each meal will be prepped and ready to go, with instructions and recipes. We're happy to customize meals with advance notice.

Greetings and salutations friend! WE (Whitney and E.J.) are a young couple building a homestead and ranch in the rolling hills of central New Mexico. We are passionate about permaculture, real food, the tiny house movement, making art, exploring, playing with animals, playing in general, and doing our best to be good people during these crazy times.
We feel so blessed to live in such a beautiful, tranquil place, and we want to share that with people of all kinds who are seeking to get away from the craziness of our world.
E.J. is a former chef, and has spent the past 5 years apprenticing and working on small farms across the country, and is now building his own sustainable agriculture project. Born a city boy, he's teaching himself to live off the land. It's challenging as heck, but he says it's worth it.
Whitney is an artist, mainly painting and ceramics, and loves learning about the natural world, growing plants and animals, and figuring out the names and uses of every single plant she can find! (E.J. says that walks with Whitney are very enlightening, and slow, since she can't help herself from picking up every cool rock she sees). She also has an uncanny ability to find fossils, and claims to be able to smell the soil.
