Your suite is semi-detached to our home (access via keypad on side gate). BBQ available for courtyard cooking. Crab nets available for jetty fishing (seasonal) We have a swimming pool that you are welcome to use and badminton net in garden.

We have a friendly dog and a cat, care needs to be taken on arrival and exit if we are not present. Smoking outside in your courtyard is OK.
Chris, the Kiwi, is a seagoing bloke, and Lou, of Irish descent, travels regularly to Cambodia to help out, have both lived in Grange 25 years.
