It may not be an actual treehouse, but this beautiful, modern Seattle townhome is spread over four stories, with greenery and nature framed in the large floor to ceiling windows. An equipped kitchen and spacious dining area makes dinners in easy and fun. With 3 bedrooms, a full master suite, a bathroom with a luxurious shower, and a half bath, there is plenty of room for the whole group!
The jewel of this townhome is its rooftop deck. On a clear day, you can see from Mount Ranier to the southeast, all the way to Mount Baker in the northeast. There is a grill for your use and lounge furniture as well! You also get to see the green neighborhood that surrounds the home. It's a can't miss!
The Treehouse Oasis is an individual property to which the renter has full access. There is a private rooftop deck on top of the town home for guest use (children under 12 are not allowed on the rooftop deck).
Please note that there is no reserved parking. Parking is on the street and you must use the pass in the townhome. Please do not lose this, as it is a $200 fine.

With a 24 hour emergency line, and a team member always ready to assist during business hours, we are always a phone call away. Guests receive email copies of their check-in instructions, and are asked to electronically sign a standard rental agreement. Our smartphone app keeps all your reservation information handy.

To be clear, this building has a seasonal, portable A/C unit. (almost NO buildings - less than 5% - in Seattle have central air conditioning).
Also, be aware that this is a residential neighborhood. Please be respectful to neighbors when coming and going from the unit, and when utilizing the rooftop deck at night.
Guests staying on Monday night will be asked to roll refuse bins to the curb adjacent to the driveway, and return bins to enclosure on Tuesday. If this is an issue for your group, please call PRIOR to check-in so alternate arrangements can be made.

This endeavor started when Darik and Sally purchased a condo in Belltown to use as a second home in the winter of 2007.
Because of our nack at hosting, great marketing, amazing design, what was just an investment, has become a full time business. We currently have 40 properties in the heart of Downtown Seattle that we either own or manage on the behalf of others that have second homes in Downtown Seattle.
Sally is an interior designer by trade, and I'm sure you'll be able to tell when it comes to the quality items to help you feel comfortable while you are staying with us.
