Well placed to get in and out of town and with wonderful views across surrounding countryside towards the Came Estuary and beyond, could this be your dream holiday accommodation?

Situated just a short walk to Tesco's Supermarket and The Falcon Inn, you have everything you need on your doorstep. Wadebridge, a hugely desirable North Cornish market town, is home to the Camel Trail, popular with both walkers and cyclists. Great pubs and restaurants, supermarkets, banks and an array of independent retailers make this a unique and interesting town. Padstow is within 7 miles and Newquay airport is within 10 miles.

At the front of the property there is parking. There is an entrance door to the side and from the stairway you turn left into the apartment.

Turn to your right and you’ll find a gorgeous shower room with sleek grey and white brick tiles and a contrasting white shower suite. Bedroom 2, is a good double room with bunk beds (double and a single bed) and has lovely countryside views to the side aspect.

The master bedroom is another generous double with a fabulous Juliet balcony to enjoy the views. A super stylish en-suite bathroom with a shower over the bath is an added luxury!

From the entrance hall a door leads into an inner hallway with a staircase leading to a fabulous loft-like living space. Prepare to be wowed! A super high ceiling and lots of windows let light stream in and at the top of the stairs, a spacious landing has been cleverly designed to create further living area or chill-out space. The views from here are truly special. You can see for miles and miles towards the Camel Estuary and all the surrounding farmland.

Bedroom 3, situated off the hallway is light and airy and has plenty of flexibility with a single bed which can be extended to a double.
The sitting room with its high vaulted ceiling and glass wall with double doors opening to a Juliet balcony is simply stunning! Velux windows allow you to have more of those lovely views and there is a lot of room to sit and enjoy this bright and airy living space and relax after a hard day on the beach.

From the landing, double doors open into the kitchen/dining room, which has been perfectly designed for those who like to entertain! Integrated appliances include a dishwasher, wine cooler, 5 ring induction hob and even two self-cleaning ovens. There is also a large fridge freezer with ice making capabilities for that perfect G&T! The impressive kitchen has plenty of space and yes you guessed it another window with which to enjoy the views.

Beautiful, spacious, clean home, with all needed amenities, as well as fully equipped kitchen. Located very near a Tesco which was very handy! Lovely restaurant (The Falcon) just opposite the House. Walking distance into local town centre, Wadebridge and 20 min journey to Padstow and Newquay via Car or Bus! Would definitely recommend!!

This is a lovely, modern, clean flat. It has a great location in Wadebridge near Tesco with beautiful views. It is fairly close to a main road but this was not a problem as the road was not loud. The flat was well equipped and we had everything we needed especially in the kitchen. We really enjoyed our visit and would stay here again.

The apartment was everything we wanted and surpassed expectations. Great space for relaxing after a day out and was very clean and light. Paul was always quick to respond to messages and helped us settle in when we arrived as well as offer some local knowledge. In easy walking distance down into Wadebridge and close to main roads to access other parts of Cornwall by car. Would definately recommend.
