The Bouça Velha house , whose reference is already in military charts since the beginning of the eighteenth century, is located in the place of the Bouça Velha in Mentrestido village in the heart of Alto Minho, the province of large forests and eternal green . Built in stone, maintaining all the popular architectural characteristics of the region, was restored, expanded and adapted in 1995. The rural property is protected by an old Portuguese Carvalhas forest, with oaks and Mimosas surrounding a lawn of 2500 m2, in the center of which is a large swimming pool with a barbecue.
